2 Pages 2 of COMPANY INTRODUCTION: Our company OBEF has been established at May 2006 in Istanbul Turkey to perform Online Pressure Safety / Relief Valve Functional Tests with On-line test System and adjustment if required while plant in service. With this On-line test action, plants reliability and availability will increase and risks decreases. Our company OBEF performs this On-line test of safety valves relief valves service per local and international standards. Additionally, OBEF performs Engineering, Consultancy Services and Trainings. Our company, ACCREDIATED and REGISTERED for ISO-9001:2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & ISO-14001:2004 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & BS-OHSAS :2007 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFIED per International Standards by TÜV THÜRINGEN FOR ONLINE FUNCTIONAL TESTS OF SAFETY / RELIEF VALVES AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING ACTIVITIES. Our Company Performs Online Hot-Test of functionality of Pressure Safety Relief Valves by "On-line test System" without removing safety valves from plant and during the plant in service.

3 2- TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF PRESSURE VESSELS, SAFETY VALVES AND LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS. One of the most critical parts in the plant is Pressure Safety Relief Valves. To prevent this parts very important for Environmental Health and Safety. Additionally, very important for Reliability, Availability and Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of the Plant. Technical Inspection of pressure vessels and its accessories safety valves, relief valves must be applied annually per local regulations and Local & International Standards. (See.Local Legislation; Isci Sagligi ve Is Guvenligi Tuzugu Md.223 &225 & 226) Technical Inspection of Pressure Vessels and accessories (Pressure Safety / Relief Valves) specified in various standards and regulations. (TRD, ASME Section I, ASME Section VII, ASME Section VIII, API and National Board). Pressure Relief Devices Performance Test Codes specified in ASME PTC 25 Standard. Pages 3 of 16

4 3- PSV ON-LINE TEST SYSTEM On-line test System is approved by Industrial Insurance Companies, International HSE Authorities, ASME, National Board, Lloyds Register, TUV and Hartford Boiler & ASME Authorized Inspectors. Many of Power Plants, Petrochemical Industries, Refineries, Gas Storage and distribution Industries, Manure Producing Industries, Pipe Lines, Foods Producing Industries Applying ON- LİNE TEST System Tests for Safety / relief Valves and certificated. 4- WORKING PRINCIPLE FOR ON-LINE TEST SYSTEM A force is applied to the safety valve spindle to overcome the spring tension of the safety valve. This is achieved by using a hydraulic power pack linked to an electronic force transducer. A computer is then used to measure the force applied. By combining this data with the information about the safety valve seat and line pressure of the safety valve it is possible to access the safety valve set pressure. Portable computer operated online safety valve test unit to test installed spring-loaded, proportional and full lift safety (relief) valves. The system allows testing of safety valve, relief valve without taking the safety valve from the installation. On-line test System could be applied for Steam, Air, Water Process Safety / Relief Valves. This system only applied on spring system torsion spindles designed Safety / Relief Valves.
