1 GDS Participation This list shows which Jetstar Group airlines* are available in each GDS: Amadeus (JQ, 3K, VF & GK ) Galileo Worldspan Apollo *The Jetstar Group of airlines includes: JQ Jetstar Airways 3K Jetstar Asia VF Valuair BL Jetstar Pacific GK Jetstar Japan s & Schedules s Jetstar fare updates are distributed to GDS by a third party. changes can take up to 24 hours before they appear in your GDS. During this time there may be a price difference between your GDS fare quote and the amount charged by Jetstar. Schedules Jetstar s schedule can be published in GDS up to 330 days in advance, but to avoid a potentially high volume of schedule changes, the schedule will often be available less than 330 days in advance. Jetstar s schedule is published to GDS via a third party. Updates to schedules will not appear in GDS at the time Jetstar publishes the change. Some GDS will take up to a week to reflect the changes. To minimse this time difference Jetstar publishes GDS schedule updates at an optimised time on a Wednesday, to appear in GDS at the following times: Amadeus Thursday Galileo Saturday Apollo Saturday Worldspan Saturday Sabre (JQ, 3K, VF, GK & BL) Abacus (JQ, 3K, VF, GK & BL) Travelsky Axess (JQ, 3K, VF & GK) Axess Tuesday Sabre & Abacus following Wednesday Travelsky- Saturday Product Jetstar offers four types of fares through the GDS Product offering for non-qantas offices Type Classes Product offering for Qantas offices Type Classes H, K H, K, L, M,, O, Q, R, S Plus L, M,, O, Q, R, S Business T, V, J Business T, V, J All Jetstar economy fares purchased in GDS are inclusive of 20kg checked baggage. Business fares receive 30kg. Business fares and sale fares are not available through the GDS Jetstar participates in interline fares of Jetstar interline partners. These are booked in classes I, A, E, P, B or D. Jetstar does not accept waitlist bookings Holds (Time Limits) Class All Classes (Agents in AU, Z, US, SG, Other) All Classes (Agents in ID, TW, PH, HK, MO) Holds Time Hold for 5 days up to 9 days prior to departure Hold for 1 day between 9 0 days before departure Hold for 2 days up to 2 days prior to departure Hold for 1 day between 2 0 days before departure The hold applicable to the first sector governs the entire booking Original hold time remains the same regardless of changes made to the booking before payment Bookings can be made up until 3 hours prior to departure Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, AB

2 Currency and Payment types Currency Jetstar bookings won t always be in the same currency as your GDS PR If you re a registered agent of Jetstar and you re based in a country Jetstar operates to, Jetstar will generally use the currency where your office is located If you re not a registered agent of Jetstar, Jetstar will generally use the currency of the departure point of the first Jetstar sector in your itinerary When you make a Jetstar booking on hold, Jetstar will return an SSR confirming the currency and amount, e.g. JQ AMOUT DUE JQ Credit card & UATP Jetstar accepts payments by the following credit cards (as well as UATP) in the following currencies: Jetstar Airways Jetstar Asia JQ AX DI JC UATP(TP) 3K AX DI JC UATP(TP) C C JP HKD KRW IDR MR IR ZD JP MR ZD TWD PHP IDR PHP TWD VD VD Valuair Jetstar Pacific 3K AX DI UATP(TP) BL AX DI JC UATP(TP) JP HKD JP KRW C MR HKD MR TWD IDR ZD ZD VD VD Jetstar Japan GK JC DI UATP(TP) JP KRW ZD Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, AB

This enables agents to pay bookings by entering an SSR OSAG including their agency IATA number. Accounts are settled through BSP on a recurring cycle. Refer to Jetstar Agency Hub for details on how to register for BSP payment. 4 Booking Restrictions Ensure passenger name has a title. If a party has two pax with the same name, differentiate them (e.g. by adding diff title or middle initial), as booking will be rejected if this occurs. SSR The following special services can be requested on JQ through the GDS with an SSR entry: Changing Jetstar Flights Flight, date, time and name changes can be made through the GDS. To change a flight you should: Delete the old and add the new flight in the same transaction in order to be charged correctly. ou can then end the record and a confirmation response (HK status) should be received against the new flight. If you get a negative response, then we will send a note back to the GDS booking explaining why. Generally, it s because the class you sold is not available, so you may need to select another class. SSR IFT WCHR WCHS WCHC Description Adding an infant under 2 years of age to a booking Pax are unable to walk to the Aircraft gate. Pax are required to be able to ascend and descend stairs without assistance. Pax are unable to ascend or descend stairs without assistance. Changes must be paid for by Credit Card or BSP payment at the time of the change. To do this you should re-add the Credit Card or OSAG line and end the booking. Please note: any changes made through Jetstar s Trade Support line will transfer ownership of the PR to Jetstar. System synchronisation errors may occur if you make subsequent changes to the parent or child PR through the GDS. Jetstar will not accept any responsibility for errors made through the GDS after the booking has been changed (and owned) by Jetstar. 5 Ancillary Products and Services (Optional Extras) The following optional extras are available at an additional cost and need to be booked through the Call Centre or Jetstar s Agent Hub. For all flights: Excess baggage Selective seat assignment (exit row, front of cabin or general seating) Car seat (chst) For international A330 only: Inflight entertainment Meals (standard of VGML only) Comfort pack Products can be purchased on-board or at airports (excluding CHST), but subject to availability. Seating All Jetstar flights have allocated seating. Seat preferences for all JQ/VF/3K/BL/GK fares can be requested through the call centre. Seat requests for bookings with fares will incur a fee. For Plus fares standard seating is free of charge (premium seating will incur a fee). and Business fares are free of charge for all seat types. Seat requests can be made through the GDS via SSRs SEAT, SST, SSW and SSA, for any Jetstar sector booked in one of our participating interline partner s fares. These bookings will be in classes A, E, I, P or B on a JQ/VF/3K/ BL/GK sector. Final seat allocation will be made at the airport. Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, AB

JQ fare rules apply to the JQ sectors of these bookings. Some Jetstar classes (A, B, E, I, P, D) can be sold as part of our interline partners through fares. Interline partner fare rules apply to these Jetstar sectors. Customers booked on Jetstar long haul international services in the economy cabin, travelling on an interline through fare, will receive complimentary food / non-alcoholic beverages and a comfort pack.
