58 Divercity (2005) is an award-winning architecture practice and design studio with offices in London (RIBA Chartered Practice) and Athens and a wide-ranging portfolio of projects, from hotels to private residences, housing complexes, commercial & public spaces in the UK, Europe & the US. We can offer full services from concept design ideas to custom-furnished interiors, or undertake specific elements of a project, depending on our clients needs. Our designs are developed to be innovative, collaborative and environmentally sensitive and we have the ability to evolve the design process by enriching the unique local context through an international architectural language, with specific emphasis given to craftsmanship and sustainability. Awards include The European Hotel Design Awards (Winner 2007 & shortlisted 2010), The European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture-Mies van der Rohe Award (Nominated 2009 & 2013) and the World Architecture Festival WAF Awards (shortilisted 2011). In 2012 Divercity has participated in Faliro 2014 joint venture which has prepared the Masterplan and architecture for the Faleron Bay Regeneration Project in Athens, based on the concepts proposed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Cyclamino S.A. is a partnership between the Joannou family and Miltos Kambourides. The Joannou family s core business is construction and concessions through J&P (Overseas), where Dakis Joannou is Chairman and J&P-AVAX, where Christos Joannou is Chairman. The family is also active in shipping, quick service restaurants, real estate, and hotels including the Semiramis (designed by Karim Rashid), New (designed by the Campana brothers) and the Athenaeum Intercontinental. The Jean Nouvel Tower in Nicosia, is the latest real estate development which was recently completed via Nice Day Developers. Dakis Joannou is one of the world s foremost collectors of contemporary art. Miltos Kambourides is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dolphin Capital Partners (DCP) an investment company, specializing in real estate investments. DCP s main investment vehicle is Dolphin Capital Investors (DCI), one of the largest real estate companies by net assets listed on AIM of the London Stock Exchange. Since its inception in 2005, DCI has raised almost 1 billion of equity funds and has grown to become a leading global real estate investor and developer of seafront leisure integrated resorts in Eastern Mediterranean and the Americas. The flagship resort of DCI in Greece is Amanzoe, which is managed by Amanresorts. It is the first phase of the Porto Heli Collection and opened in summer Nearby, DCI is opening in summer of 2014 the Nikki Beach Resort a redevelopment of a 70 s hotel building right on waters edge, which will comprise hotel suites, condos and beach club. DCP recently established a new investment vehicle, Dolphin Capital Opportunities (DCO), which focuses on hotel investments in Greece. With an unrivalled track record ranging from large-scale public works to high-end real estate projects, J&P AVAX has established a reputation as one of the leading construction companies in South Eastern Europe. J&P-AVAX is one of the largest concession owners and operators in Greece owning significant stakes in Attiki Odos, and the Rion-Antirrion bridge. Several of Athens top hotels, including Semiramis, 21, Periscope, Pendelikon, Intercontinental and Ledra Marriott were built by J&P-AVAX.
