2 1. A GENERAL OVERVIEW The Company Polis Park S.A. was established in July 2003 with the scope to organizing, managing and operating Car Parks throughout the country. By applying the latest and highest international standards, Polis Park is now the first company in its field in Greece and one of the most dynamic developing companies on a Pan-European level. 2. CAPABILITIES Among the current capabilities of Polis Park S.A., concerning Parking are: The drawing up of viability studies for third parties (new projects, existing parking facilities, etc.) Development (enhancement) of existing Car Parks via: Studies for interior traffic flow / Layout of parking spaces Interior and exterior signaling Evaluation of equipment Management of Car Parks Human Resources Management (hiring, training, evaluation) Provision of additional services (i.e. Management of Car Wash, Hospitality of Events at the Car Park, etc.)

ACTIVITIES At present, Polis Park S.A. is managing four (4) underground Car Parks, all of which are in covered areas and have been constructed and are in operation at the following key locations in Athens. Rizari Street : Kolonaki, 660 spaces on four levels. Kaningos Square : 491 spaces on four levels. Children s Hospital (Paidon) Square: 640 spaces on 5 _ levels. Egyptou Square : (Pedion tou Areos) 361 spaces on 4 _ levels. These Car Parks offer : Hourly parking Monthly parking Special programmes for limited parking at a low cost Possibility of organizing events on the car park site. Operation of Car Washes, Mini Markets, ATM banking as well as client reception areas.

4 4. COMMON FEATURES All the Car Parks operated by Polis Park S.A. make sure they provide the Car Parkers with some minimum features, so that the users wont need. to change their good habits! In brief, these are few of them : Ultra-modern mechanical management equipment that fully safeguards the vehicles while they remain in the car park Entry-Exit Control by photographing the vehicle and verifying its registration plate number The vehicle is always driven by its owner, parked in a predetermined space with the keys remaining with their owner Absolute protection of individuals and vehicles round the clock via a Closed Circuit TV system, watchmen and ample lighting on all levels Color Coding and clear numbering of spaces so that users can always find their vehicles. Transparency in price lists and charges as well as flexible methods for charging/ invoicing depending on your needs or those of your clients Special Rates for Seasonal Parkers. Separation between Seasonal Parkers and Random Users, so that the first one, could feel the familiarization with their own space and also, have the knowledge of the seasonal parker, who are parking next to them, at both sides. Ability of using the personnel Entrances (except of the ramps) only by the Car Parkers, so as to exclude any unpleasant visitors. At the Car Parks currently operated by Polis Park S.A. in Athens some 2,600 vehicles carrying more than 3,000 persons are handled daily. Our Car Parks, offer comfortable and civilized lounges and especially Car Park Rizari Str., provides an extra service for the Clients transportation from the Car Park to Kolonaki area and via versa.

5 5. BRIEF PRESENTATION OF SHAREHOLDERS The make-up of the shareholders of Polis Park S.A. is particularly strong both from a financial aspect as well as regarding experience in the Greek market. More specifically, the companies participating in Polis Park are: J & P AVAX S.A. : Public Limited Contracting, Tourist, Commercial, Industrial, Building Materials and Machinery Company, holding 20% of the shares. ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEV S.A. : Technical, Investment and Industrial Public Limited Company, with 20% of shares. AEGEK : Public Limited Company of General Construction and Shipping, Tourism, Agricultural and Forestry Enterprises, with 20% of the stock. G.E.K. S.A. : General Construction Company, with 20% of the shares and finally, VIOTER S.A. : A Company registered as Industrial- Technical Works VIOTER Public Limited Company, also holding 20% of the shares. Included among the activities of the aforementioned companies are many of the Olympic projects for Athens 2004, the bridge of Rio-Antirio, Attiki Odos, etc.

6 6. FUTURE PLANS In the immediate future Polis Park will be managing six (6) more covered car parks with a capacity for about 2,500 spaces in central locations both in Athens and Thessaloniki. Already, at the end of year 2.006, several Car Park Stations, will start operating like the one at the crossway of N. Egnatias & Papanastasiou streets in the city of Thessaloniki (Metropolitan Center), one at Karillou sq. (N. Smyrni),and at the year 2007 will be completed, the Car Park at First Cemetery (Municipality of Athens), the one at Kallithea area (Dimitrakopoulou street), another Car Park at Antheon str. close the Music Hall of Thessaloniki and Car Park at Ilisia area (Dioharous street). And so, we will become the first company in Greece that has a real network of car parks at all the important sites in the capital and the second largest city of Greece, Thessaloniki.
