And we say it because we know it from the smiles of those who have used our service. A famous trade route of the middle ages, the Romantic Road of Germany retains its medieval temperament. It winds through forgotten countryside areas and connects picturesque villages and walled towns. our so called "eb-tours" are pre-arranged tour packages for independent individual travellers. The basis for these packages is our regular coach service along the Romantic Road as main means of transportation combined with further services such as transfers, hotel accommodation and sightseeing programmes. besides our multi-day tours, we offer one-day excursions to various destinations departing from frankfurt or Munich. In addition to transportation, these packages include city tours, lunches and more. since our coach line is operating daily from mid April until mid october, we are able to provide our tour packages on a DAIlY basis with GUARAnTeeD DePARTURes. our eb-tours make travelling flexible and easy. The cycle route runs mainly through gently undulating countryside, first along the Rivers Tauber & Wörnitz before it crosses the Danube and heads south. Apart from a few pushing sections, most of the route is characterised by gentle climbs, well-made cycle tracks and quiet local roads. D A Y 4 : feuchtwangen - Dinkelsbühl (b) - approx. 28 km cycling After breakfast your start for your next cycling day. from feuchtwangen to Dinkelsbühl the cycling path leads through forests passing many small ponds. After arriving to Dinkelsbühl, check in at your hotel. In the evening you are invited to join a city walk with the nightwatchman (free of charge, meeting point at the cathedral / church st. D A Y 5 : Dinkelsbühl nördlingen (b) - approx. 38 km cycling This will be the last cycling day. on your way from Dinkelsbühl to nördlingen you will follow the Wörnitz river for a short while before continuing to the nördlinger Ries. nördlingen is the only town in Germany, where you can walk the walls and battlements all the way round. The historical town is dominated by the 100 yard high bell tower of st. George church. The legal liability according to 23 PbefG amounts to euro 1,000.- at most for damages to the passenger s property which are not caused with intend or by committing an act of culpable negligence. T e R M I n A T I o n f o R R e A s o n s o f f o R C e M A J e U R e In case of relevant impediments, endangerings or impairments caused by unforeseeable circumstances as war impacts, political or social unrest, epidemics, administrative or judicial orders (e.g. prohibition of crossing the border), natural disasters, destroying of accommodations or similar occurrences both parties are entitled to terminate the contract in compliance with these contractual terms. After a passenger s termination the operator can demand reimbursement for services that have already been performed according to 471 of the German bgb. Deviations from the services stipulated in the contract Changes concerning the services booked by the passenger that become necessary after the conclusion of the contract and are not contrary to good faith can be performed by the operator if the travel s general shape is not reduced considerably; the passenger must be informed by the operator immediately after having got positive knowledge of the admissible deviations. facing a change of an essential feature of the booked travel, the passenger is entitled to cancel the contract.
