We hope you will be glad to see each other again or to get to know each other in a fine way. We hope you will all enjoy your time together! Hereby you will find the program were are going to survive. Please look at the schedule every day to make sure you are in time and at the right place! Make sure you have got all the telephonenumbers of your partner and your teachers! 1. Friday 20the of March Sara Van Simaey - Practical arrangements: afther school students gather together to arrange T128 for Sunday evening and Monday morning 2. Sunday 22the of March Quinten Crapoen, Bernard Baetens and Arno de Mol 19.00h : students who are in charge come to school to arrange everything 19.30h : parents will arrive together with Belgian students 20.00h : we expect the Danish friends, say hello, go to the toilet 20.30h : departure at home teacher Mrs. Hemelaer, Hannes Oliebos, Chiara Lammens will provide coffee Quinten, Bernard and Arno will provide milk, sugar and surve the parents, watercooker (teachersroom and secretary) Nikita and Feija are responsible that everything will be cleaned at the end 3. Monday 23the of March Sarah Van simaey + Hanne VD Vaerd + Jeoffrey Sprengers + teachers Nelissen and Hemelaer 8.00h : students who are in charge will come to school to arrange everything for the breackfast (see list Sarah) 8.20h : all students arrive at the school and gather together in T128

2 8.30h : start breackfast 9.15h : start cleaning (list see Sarah) 9.45h : welcome and present the program 10.15h 10.35h : BREAK h : musicquiz 11.30h 11.45h : tour around the school in little groups (list see Sarah) 12.00h : we go on food to the bus Hoeve Krijtesraat 12.15h : the bus will leave for Gent 12.50h arrival at Korenmarkt 13.00h : eating our sandwich together in parc nearby Schapestal + little bit of free time 13.50h : gathering together at cityhall 14.00h : welcome by schepen mevr De Cruyenaere + headmaster mr Verreyt reception included 15.00h : end of reception and divide into two groups to go on a guided tour in the old city 16.30h : end of tour at the cityhall. All students go home by bus on themselves. If you want, you can stay also in the city 18.00h : arrange tables for walking dinner 18.30h : start walking dinner 22.00h : end of walking dinner breackfast will take place in the first part of T128, speech will take plca in the second part Julie Minnebo is in charge of the cleaning afther breackfast but you can leave the tables for the walking dinner don t forget the sandwiches! It is the best to give them before we go to the bus. Everyone can put it in his own bag. Make sure you have got something to drink for you and your partner Hanne has got buscards for all students Don t forget the food, plates, glasses, fork and knife, something to drink for your whole family. Brning it in a box and you can take it with you at home to do the dishes Amélie is in charge of cleaning + put all the tables back at their places Make sure we have got a few spare plates for when people will forget theirs 4. Thuesday 24the of March Bernard Baetens + Chiara Lammens + teacher Hemelaer + teacher Nelissen and Becaert in the afternoon 8.45h : gather together at school 9.00h : departure by two busses. Every class has got a bus and goes on the bus with his Danish partner 9.30h : check in Puyenbroeck + going to lockers 9.45h : start sports

3 GROEP 1 : divided into two groups : to do trampoline, survivaltour and bumball GROEP 2 : by the whole class : to do teambuilding, schermen, kinnball, teambuilding BREAK 12.45h : sports start again 15.00h : end of sports + take a shower 15.30h : free time in Puyenbroeck 16.30h : leaving by bus for Oostakker 17.00h : dropped at the parking place Oostakker, time to do some shopping 18.00h : pizzahut : bowling 22.00h : end of the evening, parents can come to pick you up bring your own sandwich for yourself and your partner we are obliged to have a drink at the cafeteria, payed by the project make sure you have got the right clothes and shoes you can have a shower aftherwards if you want to if people wont come to the school at first or don t come back to Oostakker please make sure the teachers knows about it! Pizzahut + one drink and bowling + one drink will be payed by the project 5. Wednesday 25the of March Sarah Verniers, Arno de Mol, + teachers Hemelaer (GROUP 2 with Susanne ) and Raman (GROUP 1 with Birthe and Poul) 8.00h : both groups gather together at the school 8.15h : both busses will leave for Brussels GROUP 2 : VISIT FEDERAL POLICE + Parlamentarium 9.45h : check in federal police 10.00h : different speakers and tour 12.30h : diner at the police mess 13.30h : gathering to the bus again, going to the toilet 13.45h : leaving for Parlamentarium 14.15h : arrival at Parlamentarium 14.30h : visit Parlamentarium guided by audiofoon 16.00h : end of tour, the bus will pick us up to go back to Gent 18.00h : back in Gent, going home to stay at the families GROUP 1 : VISIT NATIONAL TV CENTER + PARLAMENTARIUM 9.30h : arrival at television center

4 9.45h : tour in the national television center 11.15h : get to the bus 11.30h : the bus will leave to bring us to the big market place 11.45h : the busdriver will drop us nearby the marketplace. So make sure you make good appointments with the driver, you can ask his number to be sure) You go together on food to the market place 12.00h : arrival at the marketplace. Free to eat something you choose yourself or bring something with you. Some free time 14.00h : gather together at the market place to go to the Parlamentarium on foot all together 14.15h : arrival at the parlamentarium, we meet the other group 14.30h : start tour in the PArlamentarium 16.00h : end of the tour, the bus will pick us up at the Parlamentarium 18.Ooh : arrival at Gent 6. Thursday 26the of March Jolien Verhoene, Ilona Claeys, + teachers Hemelaer (GROUP2 + BIrthe and Poul) and Van Heghe (GROUP 1 with Susanne) - GROUP 1!!!!!! 8.20h : gather together at Dampoort station 8.35h : train is leaving for Antwerp 9.25h : arrival at Antwerp, start to walk to marketplace 10.00h : arrival at marketplace 10.30h : start architectural tour in Antwerp 12.30h : end of tour at MEIR 13.00h : we are going to have a warm meal in Lunch Garden (inside INNO at MEIR (payed by the project) 14.00h : free time to do some shopping 17.45h : gather together in the station 18.00h : train is leaving for Gent 19.00h : arrival at Dampoort + SAY GOODBYE!!! GROUP 2!!!! 9.45h : gather together at the station Dampoort 10.01h : train is leaving for Antwerp 10.45h : arrival at Antwerp 10.45h : time to do some shopping 12.30h : we are going to have a warm meal in Lunch Garden (inside INNO at MEIR ) (payed by the project) 13.30h : leaving for walk to big market place 13.45h : hather together at big market place 14.00h : guided walk into the city

5 17.00h : end of tour, free time but make sure you are in time at the station 17.50h : gather together at the station 18.06h : train leaves for Gent 19.00h : arrival at Gent and SAY GOODBY don t forget to bring the group tickets parents can take the luggage in between 8.00h 10.00h and between 16.00h and 18.00h the Danish students will get into the bus that was parked at Dampoort station. They will ride to Oostakker to pick up the luggage and leave for Denmark We will order some sandwiches and buy some soda that they can take with them on the bus Make sure you never leave your Danish partner alone in the city! HAVE FUN!!!
