1 COMPLETION FORM MANAGER/SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER Learning Track Certificate Program Corresponding Central Six Tenant: Leadership, Disciplined Knowledge and Cultural Competencies Overview Management and supervisor training is a continuous process that is vital for University, department and unit success. This learning track is designed to provide participants with opportunities to learn foundational principles and best practices needed for effectively managing and leading others. Track Completion Information We highly encourage you to work with your supervisor to select a professional development track and the individual courses to take for track completion. Although you can work on this track at your own pace, we recommend completing it within a fiscal year. Courses listed in multiple tracks can only be counted towards the completion of one Learning Track. You cannot use the same course to meet the course requirements of multiple Learning Tracks. Participation Expectations: 1. Ten or more courses are needed to complete this learning track. Both online and classroom courses can be used. Courses: o Passing test scores are required for all online courses. The Learning Center must show the class as completed in order for credit to be given. Courses: o courses can be selected from any department sponsored sessions or events that fall into the learning scope of the track selected. If in doubt, contact the department at [email protected]. o Several learning tracks have 20 or more online course options and can be completed multiple times with courses not previously taken. o A course can only be counted one time. All courses used to obtain a certificate of completion cannot be used to complete any other track. o Session attendance records will be used for verification purposes. Be sure to sign-in for any session attended. 2. Once you have completed the specified number of courses, return the track Completion Form to, Box An official paper Certificate of Completion will be sent to you through campus mail.
