The firm focuses on the BFSI, BPO, shared services and technology space. Clearway Advisors is a boutique consulting firm that delivers services in the area of Business Strategy and Human Resources. We assist clients in creating and sustaining competitive advantage through a collaborative consulting model. The services are delivered through two practices, the Business Strategy & Financial Planning Practice and the HR Consulting Practice. Business Strategy and Financial Planning Practice Business Strategy Our strategy advisory service assists organizations in defining future course of action. Our role is to facilitate, provide inputs, help refine but never to define your strategy. Our belief is that you understand your business best and you know what you can achieve. We review, provide inputs based on our work with other organizations, act as devils advocates and provide an independent unbiased view. We also facilitate strategy building efforts thorough interactive participative discussions among stakeholders. We can put together entire start up teams and help in the subsequent ramp up to enable the client to get off the ground running. We can also carry out focused search for specialist positions. Temporary Staffing Organizations need to ramp up teams overnight or may require enhancing their teams for short durations. Clearway Advisors provides staff on contract to meet such needs of clients. People Outsourcing Organizations that do not wish to manage employee administration (payroll, benefits, recruiting) can avail of our People Outsourcing service. The employees are on Clearway Advisors rolls and work with the client, for all practical purposes they work as client employees, however all their HR admin is managed by Clearway Advisors. In his last role he was Senior Partner with New Vistas, a contingency staffing firm. He has worked with Pace Capital, Goyal MG Gases, Quantum and Grow Talent. Rajesh has an MBA (Finance & Marketing). Ajay Hooda Ajay has over 30 years of experience in financial advisory, financial services, banking and shipping. Ajay has worked in the US and India, in the area of investment Banking. For the past few years Ajay has been involved in working with start up entrepreneurs in Bangalore. Ajay is an MBA from Pace University, USA. Aparna Rishi Aparna has over 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, process design and operations with the education industry. She was last heading the India operations of Maple Bear. She has worked with NIIT and NIS. Sarika Malhotra Sarika has over 6 years experience in HR with organisations like Accenture Consulting and Vertex. At Clearway, Sarika handles exclusive mid management search assignments. Sarika is an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.
