At least 4 years related supervisory experience in the implementation of policies and procedures related to ICT At least 4 years experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process implementation and call center technologies

Completed at least 12 units of Master s Degree relevant to the job Trainings in Programming particularly, Java, Visual Basic, VB.Net, C, C++, Oracle PL/SQL At least 3 years experience in application design and development processes with direct implementation to application projects Officer II (Executive Assistant V)/SG 24 Item No SAP, System Analysis and Design, Application Management Office Education : Bachelor s degree relevant to the job preferably with Master s Degree in a related field Training : 36 hours relevant training Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing the application systems for organizational information systems to improve business efficiency and productivity.

3 At least 4 years experience in systems analysis and design, and systems application development particularly in SAP ABAP. At least 2 year s supervisory experience in project implementation and deployment of application systems. Officer II/SG 24 Item No Client Management, IT Operations and Business Continuity Education : Bachelor s degree relevant to the job preferably with Master s degree in a related field Training : 36 hours relevant training This job assists the Officer V, IT Operations and Business Continuity Office in ensuring that frontline operations requirements are defined and addressed, conforming to specific service level agreements and efficiently and effectively performing according to measures of timeliness, cost and quality. This position is the secondary point of contact of the GSIS frontline operations geography with respect to IT services and systems requirements and fulfillment. 6 Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of all databases ( i.e. extensions of tablespaces and addition of data files), and troubleshooting of Oracle mobile enrollment units. lt provides technical assistance on project related tasks and prepares periodic system performance reports Relevant experience in database administration and maintenance, preferably with DBS, Oracle, and SQL background. Has been a part of at least one full-cycle implementation (creation and deployment) of a database Relevant experience on Unix and Windows platforms Staff Officer II (Technical Assistant/Secretary)/SG Item No Office of the Officer V (IT Officer V), IT Infrastructure Office Education : Bachelor s degree relevant to the job Training/s : 16 hours relevant training 2 years relevant experience Responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President in the implementation of the operating plans, programs, strategies, policies, procedures and control systems in the Office.
