We were not disappointed! The website is very easy to edit and navigate. To upload documents and photographs takes seconds, even for members of staff who are not very confident using ICT. If there are any queries or we need some support the School Spider team are at the end of the phone and they reply to s very quickly. The video tutorials of how to use the website and VLE are particularly helpful! We would recommend School Spider without any hesitation! We met initially to view what School Spider could do and we received content for our new website all in the same week! We were on a very tight schedule to launch and they worked very efficiently to ensure we were not left without a website at any point. Queries are answered very promptly and the whole team are very helpful, no job is too small! The website works very well and is so easy for all staff to use. Our old website was looking a bit tired and the main problem with it was that only the administrator could add things to it. With School Spider all members of staff are in complete control of their own class page and adding text, images, videos and attachments couldn t be easier (and is sadly very addictive because the result is so instant!). The staff training was excellent and requests/queries put to the team have been dealt with almost immediately (School Spider replied to one of my s at 8:30 on a Sunday evening!). Staff were spending ages uploading information and constantly struggled to find out how to complete tasks. I researched a wide range of companies and had numerous visits from reps, In the end we went with School Spider and haven t looked back! The School Spider team met with myself and my ICT coordinator and took down all the features we wanted for our site. If you have a problem they are back to you within the day. I have no regrets - School Spider is also cheaper than other providers. I would thoroughly recommend the company to any school.
