Annex 1) Crowne Plaza Helsinki Mannerheimintie Helsinki Finland Tel: Fax: Helsinki.cph@restel.fi The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has pre-booked rooms at the Hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki at a favourable price of 126,06 EUR for a single room and 151,29 EUR for a standard double room per night (the price includes breakfast).these room reservations are valid from 20 November 2013 to 22 November The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has also pre-booked, at a favourable price of 176,06 EUR per night, a Junior Suite (7 rooms pre-booked) and, at 495 EUR per night, a Suite (3 rooms pre-booked). These room reservations are valid from 21 November 2013 to 22 November To benefit from this scheme, please respect the registration deadline of 21 October Reservations are to be made directly with the hotel using this code: NDPHS. MEALS DURING THE EVENT Lunch and refreshments during the event will be offered by the Host free of charge. DINNER The Host invites the participants of the 10 th Partnership Annual Conference to a dinner that will be held at 19:30 hours on 21 November 2013 at Kulosaaren Casino, Helsinki. A bus transfer from the Hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki to the Kulosaaren Casino will be provided. The bus will depart at 19:00 hours. TRAVEL INFORMATION Travelling from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, your choices of transportation to the hotel are as follows: Finnair City Bus to the Hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki (Hesperia park bus stop, cf. the attachment with a map and timetable). The trip takes about 30 minutes and costs 6,30 EUR. Taking a taxi directly to the hotel costs around 50 EUR. The trip takes about 25 minutes. At the airport, the bus stops and taxi stations are situated in front of the terminals. The Hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki is within a walking distance (700 m) from the Finlandia Hall, which is the Conference venue. PAC_10-Info_1_Practical_information_for_participants 2
