5 Reminders Student Program Award data must be submitted by September 15, The data are used for many purposes including: Scorecard, Salary Surfer, Gainful Employment, SB70 CSAC and IPEDS 3. AAT or AST awards are reported using: A(for A.A.)and S(for A.S.) code in SP02(Program-Award) SP04 (Program-Unique-Code) for the AAT or AST program 4. Calendar data for Academic Year are now due.
6 Reminders 1. Any submission that passes all 3 edits will automatically be loaded to production. No load request will be necessary. Beginning September 2013, the misproject@cccco.edu will no longer be available. 2. Send problems/questions to cccmisedit@cccco.edu 3. Maintain the CISO, MISCN, MISEDIT accounts Create the rules to forward s sent to these accounts to the appropriate members of your organization.
7 Term Analysis Reports 1. The term analysis reports will no longer be created. All of the information/data in these reports are available on the Data Mart or on the Student Services Automated Reporting for Community Colleges (SSARCC) website Historical Reports will still be available on the web. 3. The District will receive an once the data have been loaded to the production database.
