Integrated on-board GPS allows for automatic capturing of travel, speed, direction, and vehicle diagnostic data. 13 Appearance Inspection Admin View Truck 19 Mobile App Screen Shots In addition to customized daily vehicle inspections, you can also create your own customized vehicle appearance inspections. When an appearance inspection is due, drivers will be prompted to complete the inspection via the mobile application. They will be able to upload photos and leave notes throughout the inspection. After the appearance inspection is complete, the images can be reviewed in the Admin section of surefleet. Have your drivers complete a vehicle appearance inspection once every few months and you'll be able to keep your fleet looking great.

14 Favorite Reports Favorite Reports Screen surefleet provides a wide range of reports.you can report on virtually any aspect of your fleet, including Maintenance History and Cost, Vehicle Acquisition and Disposal Information, Fuel and MPG, Reported Issues and Services Due, Downtime Details, and even Maintenance Cost by Service Type. You can create your own customized list of favorite reports to make those reports that you access more often even easier to get to. Favorite reports will show first on the list of reports for your company.

15 Custom Vehicle Statuses Vehicles Status Graphs - Dashboard Fuel Status History With surefleet, you can create customized vehicle sub-statuses. For example, you may wish to create a vehicle status of In Service- On the Job or "Out of Service- Waiting on Parts". This is useful for those who want more detailed statuses and reporting. You can track all of the status changes for each vehicle and monitor up to date information for each vehicle. Mobile app users can update vehicle statuses also allowing for real time status tracking from the field.

16 Fleet and Sub-Fleet Tracking Fleet setup from inside Vehicles surefleet allows users to add various fleets and sub-fleets to the system. If you have several locations or business entities, this is a great way to organize the vehicles in the system. Users assigned to a particular fleet or sub-fleet, will only be able to see the vehicles, drivers, and other information associated with that fleet or sub-fleet when they log in to surefleet. You will also be able to run reports on particular fleets or sub-fleets.
