1 EVALUATION "SALES"INTERNSHIP MASTER IN MANAGEMENT (Grande École Program) These document is primarily addressed to the students and can be used for informative purposes by the company and school tutors. PROGRAMME CURSUS Master Grande École 1 ère Année / 1 st Year ANNEE SCOLAIRE EDITEUR (département ou service) Academic Studies Department Date de la notice 2016 This document is the property of Groupe ESC Dijon Bourgogne 11
2 A. Evaluation of the Internship The Internship is evaluated by the company who accepted the student/intern. An end of Internship conference call must be set. Prior to this meeting the student must complete a selfevaluation of the skills that the student has developed by using the same evaluation table developed during the Internship and send it to the Company mentor who also evaluates the skills developed by the student using the same evaluation table. This comparative evaluation of skills serves as a basis for the end of Internship conference call. The student s quality of reflection on the acquisition of skills is part of the criteria for the evaluation of the internship by the company. (see table below) To validate the first year Internship the student must obtain a grade of at least 10/20 on the evaluation table completed by the company. The student is responsible for asking the company to complete the evaluation table, otherwise the Internship cannot be validated. The student is responsible for sending the correct address of the Company mentor to the Internship department, Service Stages, who will receive the on-line evaluation table to complete. A paper copy of the evaluation signed by the company must either be sent by regular mail to the Internship department, (Groupe ESC DIJON- Service Stages- 29 rue Sambin - BP DIJON CEDEX fax (00 33) ) or be scanned and sent by to : rapport.stage@escdijon.eu. NB : The evaluation table completed by the company must be arrived by the Internship department (Service Stages) within 15 days before the end of the Internship. Failure to meet the deadline and/or failure to complete the evaluation table means that the Internship is invalid. Invalidated Internship: If the student does not validate the first year Internship he/she must complete a new internship either during a study break «année professionnelle». In this case the graduation date will be delayed by the time necessary to complete and validate the Internship. This second Sales Internship is evaluated using the evaluation table of the Internship First Year Sales. 2
