2 APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND INSTRUCTIONS Checklist The application package for candidates applying for Nyenrode s Executive MBA program should include: A completed and signed application form (in English) Cover letter Admission Test: Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), Graduate Record Examination GRE revised General Test (GRE) or Nyenrode Admission Test (LTP) Language proficiency test (for non-native English speakers only): Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Certified copy of Diplomas and transcripts Application fee of 100 (non-refundable) Curriculum Vitae 1 passport size photo (jpg-format, around 60kb, 400x514 pixels) Two recommendation letters (using the recommendation letter template) APPLICATION FORM The Nyenrode EMBA Admissions Committee pays considerable attention to the information you provide in this document. Please try to limit your answers to the space available. The application form contains a CV form which needs to be filled as part of the application package. Please answer all questions in English, regardless of your nationality. The application must be your own work. Please note that application packages will be screened for plagiarism. COVER LETTER You are required to provide Nyenrode with a Cover Letter in a separate sheet to showcase your interest and motivation for the Executive MBA program. Please reflect on your current personal and professional development journey and its resonance with Nyenrode values (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Stewardship). ADMISSION TEST Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) code W21-2K-70 Score reports must be sent to the EMBA Admissions Office directly from Pearson VUE. Please fill in the code for Nyenrode Business Universiteit on the GMAT registration form. If you took the test in a previous year, you should also request for your score report to be sent directly to Nyenrode under its respective code. You should allow four weeks for test scores to arrive at the EMBA Admissions Office. For more information about the test and scores, visit Graduate Record Examination GRE revised General Test (GRE) code 7194 Score reports must be sent to the EMBA Admissions Office directly from Educational Testing Service (ETS). To facilitate the receipt of your score reports, please fill in the code for Nyenrode Business Universiteit on the GRE registration form. If you took the test in a previous year, you should also request for your score report to be sent directly to Nyenrode under its respective code. You should allow four weeks for test scores to arrive at the Admissions Office.

3 Nyenrode Admission Test (LTP) The Nyenrode Admission Test can be taken as an alternative to GMAT at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in Breukelen. The test is computerized and will take approximately hours to complete. The test addresses personality traits, intellectual abilities, your personal characteristics and your management qualities. To schedule an appointment for the Nyenrode Admission Test, please contact the EMBA Admissions Office: or +31 (0) LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (FOR NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY) If your native language is not English, you must submit the results of either the TOEFL or the IELTS. You may only be exempted from this requirement if you have conducted your university studies in English. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) code 9202/department 02. TOEFL scores must be reported directly from the testing body. For more information, visit International English Language Testing System (IELTS) You may request your IELTS score to be sent directly to Nyenrode. Information and registration materials for IELTS can be obtained online via DIPLOMAS AND TRANSCRIPTS A complete application must include an official, certified transcript from each university or college you have attended and a certified copy of all diplomas corresponding to the transcripts. If possible, the information should contain records showing courses, grades, class of degree and class rank, and should include an explanation of the grade scales used. If your transcript is in a language other than English, Dutch, French, German or Spanish, please have it translated into English and submit both the certified copy of your transcript and a certified translation. RECOMMENDATION LETTERS You are required to submit two recommendation letters from professional and/or academic reference using the Recommendation Letter template. The Recommendation Letter template can be found at the end of this application form. APPLICATION FEE A non-refundable fee of 100 is required to cover processing of the application. 4 The application fee has been paid via: International Money order Bank transfer Name of the Bank City Date APPLICATION PROCEDURE Applications are processed on a continuous basis in order of receipt and should be submitted as early as possible. The Admissions Committee will review applications on a rolling basis. After the application package has been reviewed by the EMBA Admissions Committee, the candidate will be notified whether he/she will be invited for an interview. The interview plays an important role in assessing the candidate s suitability for the Nyenrode MBA programs. Applicants are encouraged to come to Nyenrode Business Universiteit for their interview. Should you be unable to travel to the Netherlands, arrangements can be made for you to be interviewed by telephone or Skype. Following the interview, the Admissions Committee will make every effort to provide the applicant with a final decision as soon as all assessments have been made. Applicants accepted to the Executive MBA will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 5000 in order to secure their place. The deadline for payment will be indicated in the letter of acceptance to the program.
