We believe in simplicity, and that is why you will not find 20 different courses on the menu. Instead you will see a simple menu ensuring that we stand tall in everything we serve. We cook with focus on the flavour. The simplicity and the quality is our number one priority. The subtleties follow close behind. Hirtshals and the surrounding country possess a great gastronomic potential! We have got the sea right in front of us and one of Denmark s largest fish auctions that always guarantees the best and freshest of fish. We have got the woods and the beach that provides us with tastiness in the shape of freshly gathered mushrooms, herbs and so much more.
