2 TLC Aged Care is embarking on an investment strategy to revitalise residential aged care. The investment will ensure that our residents, patients and the wider community have access to professional healthcare services and quality residential aged care.

3 Our investment includes: Community healthcare hubs have been incorporated into TLC s aged care homes at Noble Park, Belmont, Donvale and Forest Lodge. Over time hubs will be incorporated into all our homes and new residential aged care developments. TLC is incorporating virtual reality cinemas into our aged care homes. TLC has adapted existing Oceanic VR technology for use by people with limited dexterity. Our residents can now relax in comfortable recliners and take a virtual journey to an overseas destination or watch a classic movie in a virtual cinema. TLC has finalised plans for the 125-bed unification of our two residential aged care homes located at Wallington near Geelong. This development will result in a 260-bed integrated healthcare site including a community healthcare hub, virtual reality cinema, gym and cafe. A new multi-storey residential aged care home at Clifton Hill on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD will provide people with residential aged care in their local community. 4 TLC s aged care educational division, TLC Learning, has achieved registration as a training organisation. Our educational facilities across Melbourne and Geelong will provide on-the-job training and allow students to gain practical experience under the supervision of trained staff. Each year the staff and residents of TLC Healthcare participate in 100 Days of Health a program of challenges, health checks, fitness classes and information sessions aimed at improving health and wellbeing across the organisation. TLC is building a new 180-bed residential aged care home at Armstrong Creek, between Geelong and Torquay. This major development will provide primary medical care and the latest advances in residential aged care to this growing community. TLC has launched our new day respite program that brings primary healthcare and aged care together into one service. TLC Living Care is a program that offers people living in the community the opportunity to enjoy an individually tailored day respite program including medical care, lifestyle activities and fitness classes. Homewood, our home located in the Melbourne suburb of Hallam, will be redeveloped and extended to become a 180-bed facility. The redevelopment will include a community healthcare hub, virtual reality cinema, gym and cafe that will be accessible from new entrances with additional parking. d revitalise

5 Community Healthcare Hubs At TLC we re looking at aged care from a new perspective. Our innovative community healthcare hubs will provide Australia s first fully integrated healthcare service with aged care at its core. Medical centres will be incorporated into our homes to provide residents, their families and the local community with access to: general practitioners pharmacy dispensaries physiotherapy pathology telehealth day respite other allied health services This integrated healthcare model will provide benefits for residents, their families, medical professionals and the local community. For residents, the presence of these services are intended to provide certainty of medical supervision, continuity of care, medication management, reduced clinical errors, greater convenience, better clinical outcomes and a connection to their local community. Local communities will benefit from state-of-the-art medical services in one location. Our medical centres will allow people to access a range of healthcare services without the need to travel to multiple locations. Medical professionals and health service providers will have access to the latest infrastructure, nursing support specialising in chronic disease management, on-site diagnostic services and administration support. These services combined with our business model, will make the centres an attractive financial proposition for healthcare professionals.
