Get involved in a network of professionals engaged in similar work. Learn from state and regional experts, as well as from one another, on how to best contribute to your nonprofit organization. Choose from two convenient dates and locations for each program. Because your work is more than just a job, come learn how to efficiently and effectively manage the complexities of a nonprofit organization. Is this about leadership or personal development? It s about both. We can t separate the two, no matter how hard we try. People tend to split off the act of leadership from the person the two are inseparable.
