3 SUITECRM-MAGENTO INTEGRATION Biztech Consultancy provides effective solution with service for the integration of SuiteCRM and Magento. Our solution for Integration between Magento and SuiteCRM allows your accounting and sales teams to have a complete overview of your business, customer and orders from your Magento system in your SuiteCRM system. 1. Benefits of Integration No more duplicate entries of orders and customers Improves functional efficiencies through SuiteCRM/Magento Displays instant positive impact to bottom line functioning Processes customer orders and its status within SuiteCRM due to integration with Magento 2. Biztech Solution - SuiteCRM-Magento Integration is two way process. We can integrate data from SuiteCRM to Magento and vice versa. - Our Integration covers 3 modules. We can further customize the Integration service to add up more Modules. Customer Product Order - Our Integration includes: We have developed Custom Magento Plugin, which needs to be installed in your Magento copy to use in integration process. We have used all default modules of Magento. We have developed a PHP based Integration Gateway that runs on our Server. It receives data from SuiteCRM & Magento and passes it on to the other system. 4 integration starts, we first transfer Data from Magento to SuiteCRM & then from SuiteCRM to Magento. Our Gateway uses central DB that stores all the data temporarily so in case if other system is down, all data is synced well once the destination system is up. - The below table shows the linkage of modules, that can be considered. No. Magento Module SuiteCRM Module Communication Protocol 1 Customer Contacts Two way 2 Product AOS_Products One way (Magento to SuiteCRM) 3 Order AOS_Quotes One way (Only Order Status Two way) The above mentioned modules can be synced two ways, if required by client. 5 3. Biztech Integration Gateway - Our Integration Gateway also provides a GUI, which gives up-to-date information on what data has synced between both the systems. Following are some of the Sections: 3.1. Dashboard Our solution allows Admin to login into the integration gateway and access dashboard. The dashboard shows the interactive charts and tabs for ease of access to Admin. Synced Issues and Synced Logs can be accessed from the menu for better support. Page 5 sales@biztechconsultancy.com
6 3.2. Customer Module Complete portfolio of your customer with their specific accounts details is integrated in SuiteCRM. User can view customer profile with synced details. All activity in Magento gets directly reflected in SuiteCRM, like First Name, Last Name, , Billing Address, Shipping Address, etc. in syncing process. Page 6 sales@biztechconsultancy.com
7 3.3. Product Module It offers a complete overview of the accounting/sales and inventory details of any product of specific customer. We have used customized module of SuiteCRM with basic details like SKU, Name, Description, Price etc. in syncing process. Page 7 sales@biztechconsultancy.com
8 3.4. Order Module A complete picture of sales and order status details. It reflects customer name, product details, addresses, payment method, order amount etc. If product of Order Line exists in CRM, then Order Line will be synced. For Order Module, we have used basic details like Order No. Customer, Customer Address, Shipping Description, Items, rate, Quantity, Amount, Grand Total etc. in syncing process. Installation and Cost - We charge for installation and set-up cost of the Biztech Integration Gateway, which includes installing our SuiteCRM Plugin & Magento Plugin. - We also create account for you in our Integration Gateway, which handles all communication between two systems. There is recurring charge to use the Integration Gateway that covers Support & Updates in the Gateway. - We are committed to this integration and will be releasing new version with more enhancements in timely manner.
