2 Essentials Webinar Training Sessions These sessions are the same ones that you were initially scheduled for. If you would like to book additional sessions they can be sold on a pay per session basis. Session Price per Session Sup R Client Pricing Data Setup $300 $240 Daily Operations $200 $160 Inventory Management $200 $160 Note: Essential Series webinars can be rescheduled for a future session date that is shown on the official Milano Training Calendar. Personal Remote Training Sessions: We offer personal remote training sessions where we log into your computer system remotely and work with your team. The cost for this type of training is $200 per hour. If you subscribe to our Monthly Sup R Client program you are entitled to the reduced rate of $150 per hour. Note: Credit Card Payment is due at time of scheduling. 72 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling of your training session, if applicable. Onsite Training Sessions: We offer onsite training sessions that can be tailored to your unique business requirements: Day 1 $1200 Day 2 $800 Day 3, Day 4 and Day 5 $500 per day Note: Onsite training sessions are also subject to incurred expenses including travel, accommodation and food. Onsite dates cannot be changed once travel and other expenses have been incurred with additional charges. There are no changes permitted within 14 days of the scheduled onsite training date. Business Builder Webinar Training Sessions - $ per session If you are enrolled in the Milano monthly Sup R Client Support and Upgrades Program with Milano you will be entitled to Unlimited Business Builder Webinars for the remaining 2014 Calendar year. These updated sessions include the following webinars: E-Marketing with Milano Creating Client Loyalty in Milano Staff Management in Milano Note: Business Builder webinars can be rescheduled for a future session date that is shown on the official Milano Training Calendar.

3 Data Setup Webinar 2 Hours (Essential Series) The Data Setup WEBinar focuses on the Data Control section of the software. It covers how to enter the necessary information before starting to use your Milano software. The 2 hour course is delivered in 3 segments: Chapter 1 Building the list of services Chapter 2 Creating and shaping staff Chapter 3 Entering the retail inventory Notes: In preparation ation for this course you should complete the steps outlined in the Getting Started Guide. This course is recommended for owners and managers and will help you through configuring your software to work using preferences and settings that suit your business.

4 Daily Operations Webinar 2 Hours (Essential Series) This essential WEBinar teaches the key functions that your team will call upon daily. This 2 hour course covers: Chapter 1 Appointment book Chapter 2 Your client database (CRM) Updating client information Sales history Future appointments Chapter 3 Process transactions, apply promotions and perform End-of-Day reporting. Transactions (Services, Retail, Gift Cards) Price Changes & Promotions Presales & Deposits (Series, On Account) Returns / Voids Notes: In preparation for this course Milano recommends that the Data Setup process be completed. 5 Inventory Management 2 Hours (Essential Series) Tracking every item of inventory is imperative for accuracy and is made easy within the Milano Software. Setting up your own internal procedures has never been easier. In this 2 hour session you will learn: correct coding for retail and professional products, how to keep yourself organized, how to transfer product throughout your business and learn how to use purchase orders effectively. Chapter 1 Inventory Profile review Chapter 2 Inventory Transfers Chapter 3 Purchase Orders Notes: In preparation for this course Milano recommends that you be familiar with the day to day functions of the software and the business inventory procedures. This WEBinar is recommended for owners, managers and other members of you team that are involved with inventory procedures.
