51 Internet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Here are some core metrics to highlight performance and improvement across MyTravel websites. 1. Number of weekly site visitors (Unique Users) Averaging over 900k (Jan Mar 06) up from average under 500k (Jun - Dec 05) Unique Users per week. 2. Percentage of business booked online YTD (FY) equates to 18.8% and in the last 6 weeks exceeding 20% 3. Seasonal Mix (% of future sales versus lates) Over 20% of S06 booked online (Thomas Cook announced 18% last week) 71% of sales (year to date) have been future season. Of the remaining 29%, 10% were current season but NOT Lates and 19% were Lates (Based on 8 week late period) 4. Marketing Over 5% of bookings directly linked to our marketing programme 51
