Project Management Construction Our Project Management Team is charged with all aspects of the construction process and is committed to serving the client in a professional manner. The Project Management Team is responsible for facilitating and monitoring contract adherence, product submittals, change orders, material procurement, progress billings, construction scheduling, quality assurance, manpower needs and project closeout.
