Pinto Brasil has dedicated itself to the manufacture, transformation and repairing of machinery and support peripherals for the industry. Presently, it is specialized in the automotive harnesses industry. Broadly speaking, Divmac is specialized in industrial automation equipment and designs, plans, and builds control peripherals which, when incorporated into a manufacturing process, complement or replace labour, increase production, enhance product quality, and test the final product. PB Renováveis is the new focus of the group. In a strategy of diversification of investments, and always paying attention to new opportunities, we believe this sector of renewables as a greater degree of growth in the future. Several international contacts are being implemented to give effect to this project. This two companies on the compressed air business offers a wide range of products and services to the industry. The strategy is to deploy our services in this sector by major industrial centers of the national country by representing international brands. 6

This company offers smart solutions for compressed air combined with high technology, high security and high efficiency through better energy performance and cost management, personal commitment of each employee as well as proximity to each client. 17 COMPRESSED AIR PRODUCTS A wide range program of Stationary Compressors Air Treatment compressors is offered, from Oil, lubricated or free, piston Compressed air filters; Compressors; 0,4 to 1864 kw, from 0,1 to 340 m3/min. and from 4 to 40 bar., that is, compressors for small, medium and large air compressed flow. 18 COMPRESSED AIR SERVICES We have specialist teams, ensuring quality services available 24 hours a day. All elements of these teams have annual training in our facilities or in production units. Both companies have equipments and technicians able to: Calculate the most suitable equipment needs. Proceeding to the accounting of air leaks costs and the measures to eliminate them. Suggest the best maintenance program for the air compressed central. Planning a Central from the beginning and a distribution network. Suggest actions to reduce energy costs with the Air Compressed Central. Offer the best solution for air treatment according to the purpose of the use of compressed air. 18
