Taking your application and the components you are using as the starting point, our technical team can suggest solutions that will deliver energy savings and higher process quality. A vacuum pump consumes energy and is expensive to maintain! Depending on the application and the vacuum you plan to generate, the vacuum pumps can be replaced with ejectors that operate without electricity and are easy to maintain. The vacuum is generated by the Venturi effect, and the system contains no moving parts. An ejector halves compressed air consumption! An ejector only uses compressed air during the gripping phase. If it is integrated with solenoid valves, the degree of vacuum can also be controlled throughout the handling process. Getting the filtration right for the compressed air networks and the vacuum network means fewer components need to be kept in stock! There are fewer unplanned stops if inline driers are installed to remove any water caused by the length of the networks and if filters are added to protect the vacuumgenerating components from dust. A leak-free compressed air network is achievable! The compressed air tubes are guaranteed 100% airtight because they are made of polybutylene and joined by vulcanisation. They are chemically inert, causing no corrosion or contamination of the filter elements. Specification of your suction grippers and vacuum pumps A vacuum handling machine can only be correctly specified if the characteristics of the workpiece are known and analysed.
