6 Page 6 of 59 General product information: / Informazione generali sul prodotto: The Solar converter converts DC voltage into AC voltage. The input and output are protected by Varistors to Earth. The unit is providing EMC filtering at the output towards mains. The unit does not provide galvanic separation from input to output. The output is switched off by two independent relays in series to assure, that the output circuit will also operate in case of one error. Blockdiagramm:

Step 2: If PV inverter change to Selftest mode then LCD show as below. The drawing A-1 is show the Step 1. Step 1 is test Min trip voltage. The drawing A-2 is show the calculated counter, a counter is increment and the compared value will be decreased with 1.15V per 0.1 second (5%Vn/s = 11.5V/s, base on 230V). If the compared value is smaller than the under-voltage limit the relays will be opened and the counter should be displayed on the LCD. If the counter is 100, the Min trip voltage is 230V (actual grid voltage) (1.15V * 100) = 115V. The drawing B-2 is show the calculated counter, a counter is increment and the compared value will be increased with 1.15V per 0.1 second (5%Vn/s = 11.5V/s, base on 230V). If the compared value is bigger than the over-voltage limit the relays will be opened and the counter should be displayed on the LCD. If the counter is 100, the Max trip voltage is 230V (actual grid voltage) + (1.15V * 100) = 345V. The drawing C-2 is show the calculated counter, a counter is increment and the compared value will be decreased with 0.005Hz per 0.1 second (0.05Hz/s). If the compared value is smaller than the under-frequency limit the relays will be opened and the counter should be displayed on the LCD. If the counter is 100, the Min trip frequency is 50Hz (actual grid voltage) - (0.005Hz * 100) = 49.5Hz. If the counter is 100, the Max trip frequency is 50Hz (actual grid voltage) + (0.005Hz * 100) = 50.5Hz.
