Cambridgeshire ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England) facilitated the Community Led Planning process in Lode with Longmeadow.

Communicate local residents views of housing development to East Cambridgeshire District Council so that they might be included in future Local Development Plan. 03. Support development of low-cost infill housing for local young people. 06. Encourage use of empty properties. 07. Discuss the possibility of setting up a community pub with Lode Social Club, National Trust and owners of suitable properties. 13. Discuss with local landowners opportunities for creation of small woodland areas and wildlife sites and permitted footpaths. 17.
