2 This leaflet summarizes the Places for city summer camps and country summer camps for children and boys/girls aged 6 to 14 years by providing essential indications for service voucher application useful for the enrolment in summer camps. Before submitting the application, the summer services guidelines The summer places and the relative publications published on the website - educational services - school services - summer services must be read carefully. SUMMER CAMPS IN TOWN- IN COUNTRY The summer camps accredited by the Municipality of Parma ensure a rich and varied range of activities and types of services. The camps are organized on a weekly or semimonthly shift, for the whole day or part-time to meet at best the different organizational requirements of the family. STIAMOINSIEME Summer camp organized by SCUOLA DON LAZZERO The interested families can enroll their children unreservedly to one or more Camps by applying to the secretariats of the Summer Camps from 6th May However, inquiring at the Municipality of Parma they can request for the application of an electronic service voucher allowing accessible facilities at the time of enrolment.

4 APPLICATION for SERVICE VOUCHER Families living in Parma that meet the requirements anticipated by the Announcement for the application of summer camp service vouchers can apply for the Service Vouchers. When to apply for the Service Vouchers from 21st of March to 9th of April 2013 using the appropriate application form that can be downloaded from Parma Municipality website: - educational services - school services - summer services. Where to apply for the Service Vouchers Presenting at the poly-functional counters of the Municipality of Parma - at DUC Largo Torello de Strada, 11/a (from Monday to Friday from 8.15 to and on Saturday from 8.15 to 13.30) Or filling-up the on-line application through the website parma.it accessing the Educational Services page. Or through fax at 0521/ How to apply for the Service Vouchers It is necessary that the economic condition of the family unit (Isee certificate) is between a minimum of 0,00 and a maximum of ,00. 5 The Service Vouchers Allow the reduction of the costs of summer camps registration based on the ISEE value of the family unit as follows: ISEE value of the family unit VOUCHER VALUE COST TITLED TO THE USER from 0,00 to 6.360,17 65% of the effective cost of the summer service 35% from 6.360,18 to ,00 Value progressively decreasing based on the ISEE of a single family unit Increasing from 35% For ISEE values higher than ,00 0% 100% How to know if the Voucher application for the summer camps registration has been granted A list of recipients will be published in time to allow the use of the service vouchers at the start of the registration to accredited summer camps (from 6th May 2013).
