1 Enroll a Windows Phone 8 Device Download Process Enrolling your Windows 8 device is a quick and easy process that takes around 2 minutes to complete. Your IT administrator will send you a MaaS360 enrollment request that includes a URL link in an or text. To enroll your device, access the URL from your mobile device's browser. You can use a QR Code if it s provided in the . When the Mobile Device Management screen appears, press Start to proceed. MaaS360 displays the Settings>> workplace screen. Press add account. 1

2 Next, enter your address. Your address is carried over to the next step. Please review it to make sure it is correct. Enter server name which was presented in the enrollment notification. Note: Do not include in the Server field. Depending on the authentication method your company has decided to use, you may be prompted to either enter a Passcode or your Corporate Credentials. Corporate Credentials Windows will automatically populate your username and password (or the passcode you received in your enrollment ). If your organization is using Active Directory, enter your corporate username and domain. Next enter the server URL that was provided in the . 2

3 Passcode If you are being prompted for a passcode, your company has decided to use the registration request method of enrollment and authentication. You should have received an from MaaS360 in your corporate containing a link and a passcode. Press Continue. Terms and Conditions Acceptance After reading the terms and conditions, check the box if you accept them, then tap Continue. 3

4 Custom End User License Agreement Your company can include a customized End User License Agreement/Acceptable Usage Policy. If this has been included, check the box stating that you have read and accepted the terms. Tap Continue to proceed. Installation Process The Company Hub will now distribute the MaaS360 App to the device. Tap Continue to proceed. 4

5 If all information entered is correct, then you will see that an account has been added. If you swipe left you will see that MaaS360 is being downloaded automatically. 5

6 You will be asked to allow MaaS360 to use Location Services. Select Enable. MaaS360 will be added to your main screen. Tap on MaaS360 you will see something like this. 6

7 Installing Additional MaaS360 Apps If you tap on the , Browser or Docs icon, you may receive this message to search for the app on the Microsoft App Store. If you do, tap yes. This will allow your device to search for the appropriate application, such as the MaaS360 Secure application. Tap Install to download and install this application. 7

8 You use the same process to download: MaaS360 Secure Browser Document Distribution Certificate Issue If your Company Hub certificate has expired, you will receive this notification. If this happens, contact your Administrator. 8
