1 Oklahoma FY2015 AmeriCorps State & National Grant Coversheet Below is a breakdown of the funding being awarded to Oklahoma. The state competitive funding and state formula funding will be granted to the Oklahoma Community Service Commission, the governor-appointed State Service Commission. The Commission will, in turn, award grants to nonprofit organizations and/or public agencies responding to local needs across the state.
