24 Tip 4: Outcomes matter Output - activities, events, services, and products that reach people. Vs. i.e. flyers, surveys, presentations Outcome (impact) - are changes in knowledge, actions, or conditions. i.e. new job skills, application of new training, improved quality of employment
25 Tip 5: Grant reports Be real, transparent. ONLY submit financial documents that show how the grant funds were spent (i.e. NO Audits, Profit & Loss Statements, Annual budgets). Submit on time.
