This role includes purchasing, quality, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, home delivery and supply and demand planning. Prior to joining Oberweis Dairy, Pete was the Senior Director of the Center of Excellence for Customer Service and Logistics at Mondelez International. In this role, he and his team led global process improvement initiatives and innovation across the supply chain. Areas of responsibility included implementation of integrated business planning. The name itself suggests a higher level of integration than simply matching supply and demand. Pete has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer goods field and has been a leader in multiple functional areas including manufacturing, engineering, distribution, transportation, supply chain strategy, and customer relationship management. His prior experiences include assignments with Kraft Foods and Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Trey McClure Senior Practice Director, Supply Chain Management at RGP An engaging speaker, Lloyd (Trey) McClure is an accomplished multi-functional supply chain professional with over 20 years experience leading global supply chain transformations in public, private & private equity owned corporations. Trey began his supply chain career living in Germany for 3 years while working in a logistics role with the U.S. Government. Since then he has successfully accomplished major supply chain development and reengineering work in 4 corporations, both as a leader and as a consultant, and has led or been instrumental in the implementation & stabilization of global ERP systems including SAP, Epicor9, JBA. His diverse industry experience spans make-to-stock electronics, process industry chemicals, make-to-order tailored suits and engineer-to-order locomotives.
