Throughout those years, we have provided our customers with quality, individuality, flexibility and attractive prices. The course of success began with the launch of the first grasstrimmer in 1977 by the company founder Reinhard H. Jachmann. History 1977 Founding of ikra by Reinhard H. Jachmann. Aim: to produce and to market electric gardening tools production of grass trimmer Establishment of the manufacturing company Mogatec in Saxony by Reinhard H. Jachmann (18 employees). In the years following both companies experienced a strong expansion (>200 employees).
