Chasing Debts Debtor Daddy Quick and easy automated payment reminders. Ensure clients understand when and how s are sent, how to prevent them being sent to certain clients. Retrieves outstanding AR invoices and contacts at regular intervals. Does not update any data back to Xero. XO Cashflow Overdue invoice reminders and workflow tool for chasing up overdue debts. Integration is straightforward - ideal for clients that have a regular number of customers that need to be chased to pay their invoices. 8 Moderate Add-ons These Add-ons are not particularly complex from an accounting point of view, but will require some more advanced knowledge of the product itself, or the particular situations where it might be of use to your clients. Check to see if using tracking categories in Xero for wage costs is something your client might require ipayroll supports the use of tracking categories on the AP invoice generated. SmartPayroll using tracking categories in Xero for wage costs is something your client might require be sure to follow the detailed setup instructions on this. 9 CRM / Customer Analytics Peoplemine Quick and easy automated payment reminders. In order to be of use, Peoplemine needs to have access to customer details and transactions so retail situations where customer details are not captured or syncronised with Xero may not be suitable. Connecting a free trial of Peoplemine to a Xero demo company is a great way to get started and understanding what Peoplemine can do. Moderate Add-on In order for your clients to get the best out of this Add-on, you should be familiar with the business value derived from use of Peoplemine. Having a member of the practice that is familiar with how Peoplemine works, and scheduling an initial session with the client, followed by regular check-ins on progress are a good way to achieve this. The Xero integration itself is quite straightforward as it is extracting data only, the main effort will be in preparing budgets and forecasts. Spotlight Forecasting uses report codes these should allocate accounts automatically, be check the documentation for things to look out for. Moderate Add-on The main effort will be around ensuring members of your practice and clients that will be using Spotlight Forecasting are trained on it s use. As a reporting tool, the Xero integration is quite straightforward. It is easy to get up and running quickly with Fathom, but to get the most out of it, ensure you explore all product features. Moderate Add-on Spend some time customizing reports to your requirements, and explore the more advanced alerts and benchmarking features to get the most out of the product. 11 Advanced Add-ons Advanced Add-ons have an advanced level of accounting and application integration which means getting to grips with them will require an investment of time to get the most out of the product when used with Xero. Unleashed is suitable for many companies that have a inventory management requirements, particularly those that: Need a fully integrated inventory control system Are currently using spreadsheets or manual stock control processes Require stock control, importing and exporting in foreign currencies Wish to sell stock online and manage their inventory Set up and implementation Unleashed has a free 14 day trial which can be used to become familiar with the product.
