Andy Burnett Senior Marketing Analyst, Tampa I spent 10 years in banking in a previous life and the past 2 years with a healthcare IT vendor, Greenway Health. I love tackling large amounts of data and figuring out what it s telling us. There s a huge opportunity to become a more data driven company and I m excited to help with that. Dedicated, Loyal, Friendly Jennifer Clinch Customer Success Manager, I was an account manager and sales rep for a direct sales jewelry company based in the Twin Cities. I LOVE that everyone is so helpful and willing to answer questions about everything from product knowledge to company policies. 2 Amy Cornwell A/R Billing Administrative Assistant, I was an administrative assistant at ProVation Medical Wolters Kluwer, which is a medical software company that develops orders sets for hospitals and clinics. I just finished my BA in Communications in May I like that ABILITY is experiencing so much growth it has definitely made my job more interesting. I like that my job is diverse and challenging because of the growth and new acquisitions. Friendly, Honest, Spontaneous Melissa Dixon Payer Account Manager, Remote Before coming to ABILITY I was a Payer Account Manager at The SSI Group. So far, I have really enjoyed meeting several very nice and extremely helpful people. I also like some of the new tools I have started to use such as Lync, very cool product! 3 Leila Dorleh Specialist I, I was an Operations Analyst in the Government Insuring/ VA Department at Wells Fargo for 8 years. I love the team member environment; team members come to your assistance whenever it s needed. Analytical, Time-Conscious, Funny Jason Hoult Vice President of Sales Operations, I worked in the agricultural equipment industry, both on the manufacturer side and the dealer retail side. I was VP of Sales for a large John Deere dealer group where I ran the sales team and the sales operations team. The people. Everyone is great and really helpful. We have a top notch sales team and it is a pleasure to serve them. Learner, Relater, Family-Oriented Susan Lilly Market Research Consultant, Remote Prior to joining ABILITY working as a freelance market researcher, I managed Staples customer satisfaction research for its retail stores in the United States. My colleagues in the ABILITY market research department have been great to work with, and that s what I ve enjoyed the most so far. Curious, Creative, Collegial 3

4 James Maxson Service Desk Analyst, Pretty much the same thing I do now. Servicedesk Technician for a VAR, supporting small and medium businesses via remote support tools. I was often the lead technician to help onboard new clients to the VAR experience, as well as being the lead remote tech for two larger clients. I m trusted to do my job well and given a fair amount of freedom to do so. There is a serious amount of respect for skilled people here. Over the course of my career, I have built a strong portfolio of experiences spanning health care benefits, services, provider, and technology businesses in finance, sales, and product management roles. My role here at ABILITY is expanded beyond what I was able to do at ZirMed in that I am able to target PM vendors that have their own RCM services as well as vendors that simply sell their PM software. I appreciate the growth that ABILITY has enjoyed and look forward to being a part of continued growth in the future. Passion, Integrity, Grounded Drew Nelson Account Executive, Tampa I was a video-based business banker for Bank of America here in Tampa. I video-conferenced with business owners all over the country. I like the atmosphere and the people as well the freedom we re given to get our job completed. I love Talent Acquisition/ building high performance teams. The people, collaborative culture and the healthcare services marketplace are what attracted me to the opportunity. Collaborative, Driven, Friendly Egbert Reid Specialist I, I worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for several years. Controlled a hip-hop website and won BET honors in ABILITY is a laid back place. 7 Michael Renner Specialist I, I was a contracted employee with OfficeTeam who got brought on by Project Leopard. I stayed on far past the month originally stated and interviewed for a technical support job near the end of the contract. Outside of my day job, I act and improvise around the area. Sometimes, people even enjoy it! I like how personable the company is. It maintains a professionalism while recognizing that a lot of the time that people just make mistakes. We don t punish anyone for being human, which seems like a given, but it s surprising how often other businesses forget that. Loquacious, Geek, Learner Craig Rogers Implementations Specialist, I was a contractor (Temp). Assisting customers and getting them set up on services that make their jobs easier. Thoughtful, Warm, Detailed Megan Salmela Market Manager, I worked for LSS Data Systems (now a wholly owned subsidiary of MEDITECH) for nine years in a variety of capacities, but primarily within the Marketing and Corporate Communications departments. For the past four years, I have been a stay-athome mom to my three kids. I love healthcare IT and am passionate about IT as a tool to improve care in the United States. More than that, I love that ABILITY seems to let employees dive in and make an impact right away. I appreciate the casual environment and the downtown location in is great! 8 Ahsan Sheikh Director, Partner Success, Tampa I was the Washington DC Area Vice President for a $9 billion private security organization who I was with for 20 years. I managed $40 million and successfully led 1,200 employees including sales, operations, HR, admin and training teams. I enjoy the opportunity I have to build something. I know we ve grown quickly and knowing that I have the ability to help impact who we are and how we do business going forward is exciting to me. 9 Beth Sullivan Project Manager, I worked for over twenty years for a practice management and EHR vendor. My roles evolved over the years, but I worked in support, training, product marketing, EDI operations and Strategic Account Management. I am very excited to be working for ABILITY as a Project Manager. Everyone I have met (or reconnected with) is so positive and excited about their jobs and working for ABILITY. It feels like a family! I enjoy being able to work with customers and learning the world of healthcare. Most recently, I assisted in the formation of provider-payer joint ventures at Aetna. Prior to that, I was a strategy consultant assisting in due diligence processes for acquisitions and investments in pharmaceuticals, health IT, diagnostics, and medical devices.
