Andy Burnett Senior Marketing Analyst, Tampa I spent 10 years in banking in a previous life and the past 2 years with a healthcare IT vendor, Greenway Health. I love tackling large amounts of data and figuring out what it s telling us. There s a huge opportunity to become a more data driven company and I m excited to help with that. Dedicated, Loyal, Friendly Jennifer Clinch Customer Success Manager, I was an account manager and sales rep for a direct sales jewelry company based in the Twin Cities. I LOVE that everyone is so helpful and willing to answer questions about everything from product knowledge to company policies. I just finished my BA in Communications in May I like that ABILITY is experiencing so much growth it has definitely made my job more interesting. I like that my job is diverse and challenging because of the growth and new acquisitions. So far, I have really enjoyed meeting several very nice and extremely helpful people. I also like some of the new tools I have started to use such as Lync, very cool product! I love the team member environment; team members come to your assistance whenever it s needed. Learner, Relater, Family-Oriented Susan Lilly Market Research Consultant, Remote Prior to joining ABILITY working as a freelance market researcher, I managed Staples customer satisfaction research for its retail stores in the United States. My colleagues in the ABILITY market research department have been great to work with, and that s what I ve enjoyed the most so far. Curious, Creative, Collegial 3
4 James Maxson Service Desk Analyst, Pretty much the same thing I do now. Servicedesk Technician for a VAR, supporting small and medium businesses via remote support tools. I was often the lead technician to help onboard new clients to the VAR experience, as well as being the lead remote tech for two larger clients. I m trusted to do my job well and given a fair amount of freedom to do so. There is a serious amount of respect for skilled people here. I stayed on far past the month originally stated and interviewed for a technical support job near the end of the contract. Outside of my day job, I act and improvise around the area. Sometimes, people even enjoy it! I like how personable the company is. It maintains a professionalism while recognizing that a lot of the time that people just make mistakes. We don t punish anyone for being human, which seems like a given, but it s surprising how often other businesses forget that.
