Administrative Experience Mary Komunte served as a senior administrator in the faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Makerere University from 2005 to 30 th June, Senior Administrative Assistant in charge of Quality Assurance Handling students complaints regarding examination results Liaising with academic registrar s office in coming up with examination invigilation timetable. Keeping safe custody of student s examination scripts. Effective supervision of lectures to ensure quality is delivered to students. Performance reviews of lectures carried out at the end of every semester to ensure adherence to performance standards and quality assurance.

4 Senior Administrative Assistant in charge of CIT Old Site Handling student s matters for CIT students who used computer laboratories and also students who attended lectures from faculty of science and neighboring premises like ST Francis Hall. Coordinating Bachelor of Information Technology Programme to ensure lecturers deliver quality. Managing and supervising staff of ICS at the Old site and ensuring general cleanness of the premises. Preparing monthly reports of activities and submitted to Faculty Registrar s office for considerations. Experience as a Manager of Betar Enterprises, Kampala She served as a manager of Betar enterprises, Kampala from 1997 to Taking a leading role in operational and strategic decision making. Implementing and coordinating of branch activities properly in such away to earn increased profits. Managing employee relations and welfare. Managing the recruitment process in line with Betar enterprises strategic and operational plans. Interest and Activities Community development participation: a member of Pride Micro finance, Finca micro finance and Gaita Kukibi Widow and Elderly Network (GWEN).
