In this presentation you ll find out more about us, why we do what we do, what we re aiming for with our employee scheduling software and why we would like to get you involved using and improving our product. 3 About us Who Are We We're a team of two motivated all-round developers, working on our software if not answering mails or having a chat with our clients. When needed we call in help from freelancers from over the world to get our projects delivered. How It All Began 14 years ago, in 2001, we started writing a desktop scheduling software "ClockIt: Easy Schedule Creator, focusing on the Belgian market. In 2008, we started working on an online extension for our desktop solution, to allow managers to create their duty roster, upload it to ClockIt- Online and allow employees to look up their schedule. By that time, we extended our focus to Europe and North America. Nowadays, our solution is used in dozens of countries all over the world. Our Philosophy Our first believe : software doesn't have to be costly, therefore we keep the license fee very low, additionally, we offer various tools for free: Our desktop software "ClockIt: Easy Schedule Creator" can be downloaded for free, and startups can use ClockIt-Online free of charge. Our second believe : We work for you, but we also prefer to work with you : Share your insight on how to enhance our product, we'll do the work! What's In A Name? ClockIt is the first name of our two software titles: ClockIt-Online and ClockIt: Easy Schedule Creator. The word ClockIt refers to the assignment of shifts (fixed work) which was and still is the basis of our desktop scheduling software. The company we created is named es-software. Which stands for Employee Scheduling Software. As employee scheduling and everything related to that, is our focus!

5 About our software ClockIt : Easy Schedule Creator Is our desktop employee scheduling solution for Windows. Used by the planning maker. This tool has an excel like grid set up, allowing you to assign fixed shifts to a staff member on a given day. The planning maker can create, modify a duty roster, print or export it to share with the staff. Features include various counters like number of planned hours, number of planned shifts on a day and a scheduling assistant informing you of planning issues. ClockIt - Online Is our new online employee scheduling and company portal solution. Used by the planning maker to create and modify the planning. In opposite to our desktop software also used by your staff to view their duty roster, request leave, clock in/out, With ClockIt-Online we re gradually including more features also available in our desktop version. By summer 2016, we aim to have all these all features mirgrated from ClockIt: Easy Schedule creator to ClockIt-Online.

ClockIt : Easy Schedule Creator, our engagement This software is end of live. It s still available for download. However, this software is as-is. We are not adding new features or fixes. Instead : We re aiming to move all features currently in ClockIt: Easy Schedule Creator to our online product. We are currently working on a new beta version of a new desktop version, named ClockIt-Offline

8 About our software Some more details on ClockIt-Online ClockIt-Online, product info Organize staff members in groups to create teams & departments. Easy overview of duty rosters, on staff member level, group or company overall Request leave and managing leave requests online. Leave requests are shown immediately on the duty roster. Assign roles to staff members for specific groups : Schedule manager is responsible to keep the duty roster up to date for the members in his group(s) Leave manager is responsible to handle leave requests from members in his group(s) Access to modules is given based on Roles : only staff members with the role of leave manager are allowed access to the manage leave module Global settings : (dis)allow the use of certain modules for everyone Use ical feeds to import your duty roster to your calendar client (eg google calendar, outlook,..) Use our online mailing system to stay in touch We ve added a forum so you can share idea s with your staff

9 About our software Some more details on ClockIt-Online ClockIt-Online, our engagement ClockIt-Online is continuously extended with new features, we ll continue this the upcoming years. Data retention : we don t delete data after period of time. So you ll always have access to your planning of similar days in the past. We d like to work with you! Share your idea s, we ll do the work! Pricing of ClockIt-Online remains very stable. We don t foresee price changes the upcoming year.

So, if you have 10 people using ClockIt-Online, the monthly fee would be around $ 6 each month.

Our customers are companies or organizations working with fixed shifts (default fixed start & end hours) and can be found in healthcare ( eg a hospital in Oakland county, Mi), call centers (eg a technical assistance service in Belgium), law enforcement (eg a Sheriff s department in Mn),

13 es-software Our success 10 years of experience in simplicity Low price, great quality Because it s just the two of us we have a very low internal operation cost. As result, we can keep our prices very low and because our communication lines are very short, we can focus on the features that are important to our customers. But most of all, besides having our view of how to make our product better, we listen to our user base and implement new features requested by our customers. We believe when the feature will benefit the software, we ll do the work, cost free! Only thing we ask is our customers to work with us by sharing insights, help testing, Working together with our customers When company specific features are requested, we ll work with you in a fixed price modus. If needed, we have connections with talented freelance developers to meet expectations and timing. Finally, we believe in simplicity, that is, in how our product is being designed and used. We aim for low learning curves by applying the complex logic in our backend
