Main tasks at Spirea: Circuit design, simulation and layout of blocks such as VCO, prescaler, charge-pump, phase-detector, loop-filter, amplitude detector, bias circuits, buffers, op-amps and calibration circuits. Sub-system specification, noise modeling and simulation of fractional N PLL synthesizers. Noise modeling of fractional and integer-n PLL building blocks, simulation of noise parameters in strongly non-linear circuits, developing behavioral models and simulation of complete PLL circuits. Improving PLL frequency stability in noisy environment. Especially working signal integrity on supply and bias lines. Evaluation of new software tools as Nassda HSIM and Femlab. Lab measurements. On site customer support. Responsible for equipping the Spirea RF measurement lab. Author of five international patents KTH Radio Electronics Laboratory. PhD student at the Radio electronics laboratory. Special interest is "RF Frequency Synthesizers in CMOS". Involved in teaching. Developed several student measurement exercises in Radio architectures KTH Radio Electronics Laboratory. Diploma work. Design, implementation and test of a fully monolithic 1.8 GHz oscillator using on chip spiral inductors. Analog design of feeder modem used for remote diagnosis of tower mounted amplifiers used in mobile communications.

Installing and configuring Mentor Graphics tools in Linux environment. Developing Electronic ASIC and PCB CAD tool in C++ as hobby project.
