1 Excellence - Our Guiding Principle Leadership Partner Serve Guide Empower Illinois Law Enforcement Leadership Ins tute on Violence Against Women Applica on for Admission The ILETSB Execu ve Ins tute in collabora on with the Interna onal Associa on of Chiefs of Police, the Illinois Family Violence Coordina ng Council and the Illinois Coali on Against Domes c Violence is sponsoring the Illinois Law Enforcement Leadership Ins tute on Violence Against Women. The Illinois Ins tute will offer sworn law enforcement execu ves a unique opportunity to assess their department s efforts to respond to crimes of violence against women, network with colleagues to share challenges and solu ons, iden fy prac cal strategies to enhance performance, learn how to effec vely marshal and deploy resources, and strengthen their leadership role within the agency and community for addressing and preven ng domes c violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking. Interested sworn law enforcement execu ves (first or second in command) who an cipate serving at least three more years are eligible to apply. I.
