Bainbridge is an owner/manager/developer with a 9,000 apartment portfolio in Florida and the Mid Atlantic region. Recently, Jared was the Director of Marketing for Denver based RedPeak Properties. While at RedPeak, he developed one of the most cohesive web marketing platforms in the industry. RedPeak s web presence proved to be the strongest in the Denver market amongst large and small companies. Jared also helped reposition numerous communities and market a high-rise lease-up community that was named as a finalist for NAHB s Pillars of the Industry Award for Best High-Rise Apartment. He was also responsible for a marketing campaign that was named as a finalist for NAHB s Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Overall Leasing Campaign for a Rental Apartment Community. Prior to RedPeak, Jared spent nearly 8 years with Atlanta based Lane Company. While at Lane, Miller worked to develop a solid corporate and property level brand for the company s 30,000 unit portfolio. Jared has a unique perspective on marketing with a strong emphasis on internet based initiatives and targeted branding and messaging. He is a 12 year veteran of the apartment industry.
