1 Who can attend the Youth Conference? Any youth entering the 7 th grade through College and Career age may attend. Pastors, youth directors, and youth workers (spouses also) are encouraged to attend. Every youth group needs to have adult supervision present. For your convenience, we have included a sign-up sheet in this information packet. Send us your completed registration form postmarked by July 4, You may always bring more teens or workers than you pre-registered, but any changes that are made need to be called in to our church office as soon as possible so we can keep an accurate registration. Every conference attendee needs to be pre-registered. Please call or write for additional registration forms or make additional copies at your convenience. The $25.00 registration fee is non-refundable. What is the dress code? All: No sleeveless, see-through, low cut, or form-fitting clothes. Shirts need to cover the midriff and back at all times. Clothing should not have any questionable pictures or writing. Young Ladies: Culottes, skirts, or dresses must be below the knee. Slits in skirts or dresses should also be below the knee. No pants, capris, gauchos, or shorts of any kind are allowed. Skirts or dresses should be worn to the evening services. Young Men: Wind pants may be worn only during activity times. No shorts will be permitted at any time. Collared shirts or dress clothes should be worn to the evening services. White Water Bay: For the evening activities, the guys and girls will be divided up between Celebration Station and White Water Bay for separate swim times. The dress code for White Water Bay is as follows: Young Ladies: swimsuit with knee length shorts, and a colored t-shirt Young Men: knee length shorts and a colored t-shirt What should not be brought? All conference attendees should understand that they should not bring alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco of any kind, radios, CD/ MP3 players, ipods, books or magazines, video games, weapons, fireworks, pets, or any illegal items.
