As per includes of providing & fixing GI parameter channels of six 0.55 mm thick having flange of 30 mm & a web of 27 mm along with parameter of ceiling screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 600 mm centre then suspending GI channel of size 45 mm X 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from soffit at 1220 mm centre with ceiling angle of width 25 X 10 mm X 0.5 mm thick fixed to soffet with GI and steal explanation fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having web of 51.5 mm and two flinges of 26 mm each lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connection clips and indirection perpendicular to the channel at 457 mm centres 12.5 mm tapered edge zip board confirming to IS is then screwed fixed to ceiling to ceiling section with 25 mm dry weight at 230 mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver of drilling machine & finish so as to have a flush look which includes filling with crack seal / tape & finishing the tapered / square edges of the board with jointing compound paper tape and two/three coats of primer suitable to the gyp board. The work also includes painting of the false ceiling with 3 or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of ICI, Burger etc. Please note that suitable cut outs for light fitting, as per the shape, pattern /design of the tube light fittings (to be provided by the Bank) in the false ceiling to match with ceiling, grills. diffusers, speakers, firedetector etc. have to be made with the frame of parameter channel of site 20X27 X 30 mm X mm Thick supported suitably as per direction of the Architect or AC consultant. Paint with all the necessary scrapping, palti, leveling and smooth finish with scaffolding, shuttering and cleaning etc Sq.Ft.

3 2 PARTITIONS/PANELLING Measurement of height shall be taken from finished floor level up to the level of false ceiling, In case of varying heights on either side of partition, average heights shall considered. The rate to include provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making cutouts for electrical switch plates, switch boxes, light fittings light etc, making provision for laying conduct as per drawings and directions of site Eng. / Architect. All wood frame work to be applied with 2 coats of fire retardant paint and 1 coat of wood preservative with anti termite properties. The work also includes provision of door as per requirements along with all lock (Godrej) Handle, Hinges (5.5) stoppers as per architect instructions. (a) (d) Providing and fixing partition from floor level up to the level of false ceiling with frame work of kail wood of size 50x50 mm at spacing not exceeding 600 center to center in vertical direction. (Vertical member to be in one piece) and horizontal direction 6 mm thk comply to be fixed on both sides, including grooves as per instructions and 1.0 mm thk laminate to be fixed on top complete with polishing / painting the cedar wood surfaces with spirit polish as per design and to the satisfaction of Architect/Employer Sq.Ft. Providing and fixing Glazed Partition with same specifications as (4a) item also includes 10mm Etched Glass above 900 mm to 1350/1800/2100 mm fixed in 35x20 mm cedar/steam beach wood member fixed around opening finished with melamine matt polishing. Rest of specifications same as MAIN specifications of Partitions. Complete to the satisfactions of Architect Sq.Ft. Providing and fixing Low height partition from floor level up to the 1220 m m with frame work of kail wood of size 50x50 mm at spacing not exceeding 600 center to center in vertical direction (Vertical member to be in one piece) and horizontal direction 6 mm Comm ply to be fixed on both sides, including grooves as per instructions and 1.0mm thk laminate to be fixed on top Partition to have 100 mm wide SS finish metallic laminate band at skirting and including a 25 mm cedar/steam beach moulding on top and side edges of partition and including 12 mm etched glass above 900 mm in taper or curved shape as detailed, complete with polishing/paining the grooves as per design and to the satisfaction on Architect Sq.Ft. Providing and fixing wall panelliing as per design & pattern with 50x25mm Kail wood frame at 2-0 c/c in both directions with 06 mm Comm ply on top and finished with 1.0 mm laminate. The paneling to have 50x25mm over a cedar wood frame of size 100x 25 screwed to the frame work; as per design and details. The wood surfaces to be finished in malamie polish complete Sq.Ft.

4 3 FURNITURE All Tables / counters/ work stations to have 19mm block board top and sides to be with 19 mm comm. Ply/board and 1.0 mm laminate finish on exposed surfaces with 0.8 mm thick laminate inside/all the surfaces instead of painting the surfaces / area, drawer units is to be made from 12mm one side prelaminated particleboard with 1.0 mm laminate finish. The drawers to run on telescopic drawer channels. Drawer units to have two smaller and one bigger drawers and locking arrangement (Godrej or equivalent). Foot-rest 75x50mm 2nd class cedarwood member to be fixed for each table the rate to include all hardware such as drawer channels, SS handles etc. The inside of the table to be provided with 0.8 mm thick laminate (White cream shade). The item also includes a tray for key board running on telescopic channel, finished with laminate on top and rounded front size 560x450 readymade CPU trolley with castors etc. complete. (EBCO make).
