5 ITS-Parking Specification (ITSPS) 1 Introduction The ITS Parking Specification or ITSPS for short aims to offer a standardised message format for communicating parking-related data from a parking operator (content provider) to a service provider. As ITSPS is a feeder (business to business) specification enabling service providers to not only deliver point-to-point but also broadcast services, the message format is closely related to TPEG- PKI and DATEX. It is also ensured that important projects such as In-Time can be supported. 1.1 Compatibility with TPEG-PKI This specification is for some parts based on the TPEG-PKI standard. Especially the enumerated values are taken from TPEG-PKI. Appendix 2 provides a link between this specification and the fields provided by TPEG-PKI. 1.2 Compatibility with DATEX Appendix 3 provides a link between this specification and the fields provided by DATEX. 1.3 Support for In-Time Appendix 4 provides a link between this specification and the fields provided by In-Time. 1.4 Compatibility with TruckInform and TransPark Appendix 5 provides a link between this specification and the fields provided by TruckInform and TransPark. 2 Class Diagram The first diagram shows how the different entities, represented as classes and how they relate to each other. The next diagram provides an overview of the TPEG-PKI enumerations used by this specification. 5
