1 SYDNEY ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION SHEET Upon presentation of a Companion Card at a Moshtix outlet, ticket purchasers are entitled to an additional ticket for their respective carer. The Companion Card must be presented alongside the issued ticket to gain entry to the event. Dedicated entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card. Guide Dogs are permitted on festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders. The event grounds are wheelchair accessible, however please be aware that this is a large outdoor event that may require travelling on varied terrain, both turf and concrete. The ground may become soft and muddy if it rains. Please take extra precaution if this is the case. Matting and signage will be positioned where possible. S tereosonic is a multi stage general admission electronic dance music festival; unlike a concert there is no reserved or dedicated seating. Tickets to the event entitle patrons to standing room only in front of stages. The Sydney Showgrounds has designated wheel chair viewing spots located in the seating stands within the Main Arena. These positions are outlines in the map below:

2 There are no other dedicated viewing platforms in front of the other stages. Good quality audio is available throughout the site for all patrons. For safety reasons people in wheelchairs, on crutches, heavily pregnant etc will not be allowed into some controlled spaces within the event e.g. in the D area in front of stages. 1. SITE ACCESS 1.1. VEHICULAR ACCESS There are 257 ACROD parking bays available across Parking Stations 1, 3 & 4, However these may not be available on event day due to alternate events and extremely high traffic in the precinct IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID DRIVING TO THE EVENT Vehicles can enter the event car parks via: P1 Entry: Edwin Flack Avenue (corner of Old Hill Link) P3 Entry: Sarah Durack Avenue P4 Entry: Sarah Durack Avenue (corner of Edwin Flack Avenue) The car park is operational 24hrs hours on both event dates. Vehicles, which require Disabled parking, can park in the designated Disabled Car spaces within the Public car park. People with severe mobility access needs may be able to reserve a space with event management upon direct contact. In addition to parking, a designated drop off point located on Herb Elliot Drive will be operational between 12pm and 12am on both event dates to enable vehicular access. These details are outlined in the map below PEDESTRIAN ACCESS

3 Pedestrians who have travelled to the venue on public transport or have been dropped off on Herb Elliot Drive, and require disabled access into the venue from the street can make their way along the footpath on either Murray Rose Avenue, Dawn Fraser Avenue, Herb Elliott Drive, Olympic Boulevard and Showground Road. If on the opposite side of the road, approach the traffic controller- security operative or event staff who will assist in crossing the road if needed to the access the event entry point. Event security/staff will direct the patron into the appropriate lane. These details are outlined in the map above. 1. PUBLIC SET DOWN AREA 2. TAXI ZONE 3. EVENT ENTRY / EXIT POINT 4. EVENT ENTRY The Event Entry point will have a dedicated wheelchair / disabled access lane that can accommodate such apparatus. The grounds are reasonably flat and are not expected to cause any difficulties in access to the event. 2. EVENT AMENITIES All service areas will cater to the needs of disabled patrons via direct access, sufficient queues and service counters. The event and security staff are there to assist any access needs where required.

4 All services and amenities on site are at ground level, or accessible by lift with the exception of the following: Stage 3 - Floor Area 2.1 TOILETS There will be a number of disabled access toilets onsite, and will adequately meet the need of the number of patrons expected to attend the event, and the nature/style of event. The map below shows location of disabled toilets. 2.2 SERVICE POINTS Service points such as food, bar and merchandising counters will be freely accessible by disabled patrons. Staff at these locations will be readily able to serve / assist disabled patrons. 2.3 SIGNAGE All services and amenities dedicated to patrons with disabilities will be clearly signed throughout the event site. Event Staff & Security will be well briefed on these services to assist where relevant/possible. 3. EMERGENCY EVACUATION

5 - No obstructions for mobility impaired persons - Security will be responsible for evacuating mobility-impaired persons In context of an emergency, a mobility- impaired person may be described as a person whose speed of movement would reduce the overall rate of dispersal of others from the area. A person may be assessed as Mobility Impaired for a number of reasons. Unable to move at the same the pace as those around them, or someone affected by drugs or alcohol. It is important to consider that those moving at a slower rate may hinder the general rate dispersal from an emergency incident. Assisting mobility-impaired individuals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on a person s capabilities and proximity to risk. 4. CONCLUSION The Sydney Showground site contains the space and general infrastructure necessary to host the Stereosonic event for a vast range of demographics. With the above mentioned specific management strategies proposed for the event, along with the facilities and services which are available within the venue, the hosting of the Stereosonic event within Sydney Showgrounds is suitable to cater to meet the requirements and needs of the disabled patrons who wish to attend the event.
