Sessios start o time. 2. You will receive your CEU certificate upo completio of the class i its etirety ad by submittig a evaluatio form. The evaluatio form is provided to you at the BEGINNING of the class. 3. If you arrive more tha 15 miutes after the start of the sessios, you will ot receive a CEU certificate. 4. If you arrive more tha 15 miutes after the start of the sessios, you ca receive a certificate of attedace. 5. You must stay i the room durig the etire sessio i order to receive your CEU or certificate of attedace. 6. You caot switch sessios. 7. You caot receive a certificate for less tha the hours scheduled. 8. If you do ot get the CEU certificate o the day of the sessio, you will ot get a certificate. You caot come the ext day to pick up your certificate. You must stay the etire time to receive CEUs. 9. The NBNA Natioal Office staff does ot have CEU evaluatio forms or CEU certificates. You must get those from the Cedars Siai Departmet of Nursig staff who are o site at the NBNA Coferece. 10. There are o CEUs for Opeig Ceremoy. 11.
