You'll have your own toilet and vanity in a jack-and-jill style bathroom, sharing the shower. Also a half-bath downstairs for guests. It's an older place, built in the seventies. Lots of charm for a townhouse. Laminated kitchen, foyer, dining area, bathrooms' carpeted living room, bedrooms, stairs. Gets lots of sunlight. Rent plus fixed utilities (water, pest, trash) is $1327/mo. total so rent plus most utilities is $ each. Only other things are electric and internet (they have free "internet" which is basically enough bandwidth to check your and Facebook, and I've been living off that and my data plan for a while).
