Parts delivery time frames are not guaranteed from these depots unless all pre-sales business processes are followed. These depots will provide parts delivery for the following Juniper support programs: Next-Day* Next-Day Onsite Same-Day Same-Day Onsite SUPPORT AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS For the above mentioned services, Juniper Networks requires you to validate service coverage availability prior to quoting these services to an end-user or processing a purchase order. To access this tool, simply: 1. Log into the Partner Center. 2. Select the Support Availability Tool link located at 3. Provide all required information. 4. The Support Availability Tool will provide you with a Support Availability Verification Number for service coverage availability. 5. The Support Availability Verification Number should be provided for all orders where premium services are purchased. 2 BUSINESS GUIDELINES Juniper Core Plus (Return-to-factory (RTF)) is supported by the Juniper repair centers in the United States. AR-1 support levels are delivered from the Juniper Networks Louisville, KY depot located in the United States. The site location of the product must be within 1the following distance locations of the depot in order for Juniper to provide Same-Day and Same-Day Onsite service o o o o o United States/ Canada: 150 miles max EMEA : 120 miles max APAC All countries except India is 43 miles max (70KM) INDIA is 31 miles max (50km) Mexico / LATIN AMERICA: 62 miles max (100km) Next-Day Onsite, Same-Day, and Same-Day Onsite support programs require pre-approval prior to Juniper Networks accepting a purchase order. Juniper Networks will not guarantee parts delivery or acceptance of a purchase order unless the Support Availability Verification Number is provided on the purchase order. *Next-Day service requires pre-approval in the APAC region.
