4 Ruth Gorman Ruth works as a trainer and consultant with Helen Sanderson Associates (HSA) and is Chief Executive of a charity called Imagine, Act and Succeed, a provider in the North West of England. Ruth has worked within IAS for 15 years and with HSA for 10 years. Her work has included development of person centred teams, her lead areas have included Positive and Productive Meetings, MAP and PATH and Person Centred Supervision, Working Together for Change and Just Enough Support.
