4 Schedule A Meeting From a PC Right Click on the System Tray Icon and Choose Schedule A Meeting When this window appears, choose the Name, Date, Time, Audio Preferences, and Password (if applicable) Cli k S h d l d I it ti t t Click Schedule and your Invitation text will appear

9 Authenticating GoToMeeting You may be prompted to enter in your account information to proceed. Click Remember Me On This Computer to p Avoid entering this information each time.

15 Show Your Screen Click the Play Button to show your entire screen. Click the Screen button to choose specific application sharing or Clean Screen.

16 Attendee List A. Displays Number of Attendees B. Attendee s Role and drawing tool C. Mute Or Unmute Attendee D. Mute All E. Promote to Presenter or Organizer F. Share Keyboard and Mouse G. Provide Attendee with Drawing Tools H. Allow Attendee to see list of other attendees I. Allow attendee to Chat J. Send chat message directly K. Copy Address to clipboard L. Dismisses an attendee from the meeting.

20 GoToMeeting Telephone Conference Bridge Using your telephone, dial the GoToMeeting telephone number. You will be prompted to enter in the Access code followed by the # Sign You must enter in your audio pin number in order to enable muting controls for the organizer. You can toggle back and forth between telephone and VOIP Click Audio Setup to configure audio settings.

24 Start Up (Preferences) Configure GoToMeeting to start up automatically when computer turns on You may choose to have you credentials remembered if you are the only person using this computer. You may opt out of being reminded of upcoming meetings and webinars.

Change where your recording is saved by clicking *Browse*
