9 ICT Equipment Cleaning - ICT equipment and data room is one of the company s most important assets. It therefore makes good sense to keep it clean, free from dirt and bacteria and in good working order. Equally important is choosing the best company to clean it for you. Woyesam has been carrying out specialist ICT equipment cleaning services since 2002 and has become an authority in this sector. Our clients range from large enterprise to smaller businesses and encompass all sectors of the market. Our service is adaptable for any job - big or small. ATM Cleaning - A thorough cleaning and polishing can be performed on your ATM and surround to promote your institution s image. No products with ammonia are used on the ATM or surround and all work is performed in a professional manner, being sensitive to your ATM users and site personnel. A completed checklist with recommendations and pictures of the site will be provided on a web page unique to your institution and password protected. Alternate ways of providing the photos can be arranged. There are two (2) levels of service offered for your consideration: 1. Standard Cleaning: The standard cleaning includes the cleaning of ATM Fascia and Bezel, Surround, Keyboard, Function keys, Monitor, Card Reader (exterior), Writing surfaces, Open/closed Indicator, Envelope Holder, Network Logo Panel, Signage, Camera Window, Light Panels 2. The surround waste receptacle will be emptied and litter in the immediate area removed. Detailed Cleaning The detailed cleaning includes all the services in the standard cleaning as noted above. It also includes the application of a specialized cleaner and resurfacer on the monitor which fills in microscopic voids, leaves a protective shield, stops dust attraction and resists fingerprinting. Stainless steel surfaces will be cleaned and polished with unique products which will buff the surface and repel soil. All plastic, vinyl and rubber surfaces will have a protectant applied which conditions the product and protects it from moisture, oxidation and UV rays. It also makes the surface anti-static which repels dust and dirt. Windows immediately adjacent to ATM and wind/sun screens will be cleaned.
