Downloading and using the Old National Mobile App for iphone and Android The Old National Mobile App makes it simple for users of iphone and Android TM smartphones to quickly access their accounts. Download the App 1 This guide provides step-by-step instructions for downloading and using the Old National Mobile App and Mobile Deposit. You can view additional guides, video demos and Frequently Asked Questions at oldnational.com/mobile. Important note: To download and use the Mobile App, you should have already enrolled and activated your mobile phone. If you have not done so, please see our Getting Started Guide at oldnational.com/mobile. Sign On After you have enrolled and activated your mobile phone, you can download the Mobile App. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the Sign On screen to go to the Mobile Banking Home page. Note: You will automatically arrive at the Sign On screen when you initially activate your device. You can also return to this screen any time at oldnational.com/mobileweb. 2 3 Home Page App Link If your device is supported for the Mobile App, you will see a Download the App link on your Mobile Banking Home page. Tap this link to be directed to either the App TM store or Google Play TM Store where you can download the App. Alternatively, you can find and download the Mobile App by going directly to the App TM store or Google Play TM Store and searching for Old National Bank. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google Inc. Activation After you have installed and launched the App, you will be asked for an activation code for the Mobile App. Use the same activation code you used when enrolling your device. Enter the activation code and your mobile phone number. Tap Activate. Tip: If your original activation code has expired, you can request a new one. Just sign on to Online Banking, choose the Mobile Banking tab, click Continue to Mobile Profile and Get Activation Code next to your enrolled mobile device. Download the App 4 5 Account Summary When you sign on to your Mobile App, you will always arrive on your Account Summary screen. Tap an account to access it or tap the menu icon in the upper left corner to go to the Mobile Banking Home page for all functions. Home Page Functions From the Mobile Banking Home page, access all functions by tapping them. You can: Access and view accounts Transfer money between Old National accounts Pay bills Deposit checks Find Old National banking centers and ATMs Learn what s new at Old National Get help with using Mobile Banking Tip: You do not have to be signed in to Mobile Banking to access Locations, What s New or Help. View Accounts and Search 1 2 Home Page Tap Accounts on the Mobile Banking Home page. Account Summary This is the Account Summary screen. To expand the view of a particular account, tap that account s button. 3 4 Account The next screen, or Account screen, shows the account you selected. In the gray box at the top, you will see the Available Balance for checking and savings accounts and Current Balance for loans. You can change the account you are viewing by swiping the gray box or tapping its arrows. Account Tabs On this screen, you will also see three tabs: Activity, Summary and Search. By default, the Activity tab is selected and shows recent activity for the account you are viewing. Your Available Balance for checking and savings is your current balance minus any holds, uncollected deposits and transactions received by Old National but not yet processed, which may include certain ATM and debit card transactions. View Accounts and Search 5 6 Activity Tab When selected, the Activity tab displays up to 50 transactions for the last 90 days for the account you selected. Choose a transaction to view its details. Summary Tab The Summary tab shows an account s Current Balance. Your Current Balance for checking and savings is the amount of money in your account (after deposits, withdrawals, ATM and debit card transactions clear) at the end of the previous business day. If a transaction has not been completed, the status will be Pending on the details screen. Note: Only 20 transactions are shown at a time. Scroll to the bottom of the transaction list to view any additional transactions. 7 8 Search Tab Choose the Search tab to go to the Search Activity screen. Search Activity On the Search Activity screen you can filter transactions three ways: by Date, by Amount and by Check Number. In addition, you can filter for All transactions or only for Debits (withdrawals from your account) or Credits (deposits to your account). Note: In Mobile Banking, search results will show up to 50 transactions that occurred in the past 90 days. Mobile App Guide - page 5
View Accounts and Search 9 10 Filter by Date Select Date on the Search Activity screen to go to the Filter by Date screen. Filter by Date Filter for transactions within a designated date range or for transactions on a specific date. 11 12 Filter by Date To filter for transactions within a certain date range, select Start Date and a calendar will appear. Set the beginning date and tap Select Date. Filter by Date Then select End Date, set the ending date on the calendar and tap Select Date. To find a transaction on a specific date, simply set the Start and End Dates to be the same date. Mobile App Guide - page 6
View Accounts and Search 13 14 Filter by Date When your Date filters are set, tap Continue to return to the Search Activity screen. Filter by Date Results On the Search Activity screen choose Search for a listing of results. 15 16 Filter by Date Results Tap any item on the results list to see its details. At the top of the results list, you can see the values for your search filter. To close the filter, tap the X button. View Accounts and Search 17 18 Filter by Amount Filter for transactions within a range of amounts or search for a transaction of a specific amount. To filter for transactions within a range of amounts, first select Low Amount. Filter by Amount A number pad will appear. Enter the Low Amount and tap Done. Follow the same steps for the High Amount. To find transactions of a specific amount, simply set the Low and High Amounts to be the same amount. 19 20 Filter by Amount When your amount filters are set, tap Continue to return to the Search Activity screen. View Accounts and Search 21 22 Filter by Amount Results Tap any individual item on the results list to see its details. At the top of the results list, you can see the values of your search filter. To close the filter, tap the X button. Filter by Check # Select Check # on the Search Activity screen to go to the Filter by Check # screen. 23 24 Filter by Check # Filter for a specific check number (as shown) or a range of check numbers. Filter by Check # Results On the Search Activity screen tap Search for a listing of results. To filter for checks within a range, select Low Check # and enter the number using your device s number pad. Tap Done. Then select High Check #. Enter that amount and tap Done. To find a single check number, simply set the Low and High Check # to be the same. When your Check # filters are set, select the Continue button to return to the Search Activity screen. Transfer Money 1 2 Home Page Tap Transfers on the Mobile Banking Home page. Transfer Money Here on the Transfer Money screen you can choose an account to transfer money from, an account to transfer to and the amount of a transfer. Note: Transfers done on Mobile Banking after 10pm ET/9pm CT will post the next business day. 3 4 Transfer From Select Transfer From for a list of Old National accounts you are able to transfer from. Transfer From Account Choose the account you want to transfer money from. Note: Accounts in the Transfer From list will only be checking, savings and line of credit accounts. Transfer Money 5 6 Transfer to Account Select Transfer To for a list of accounts you can transfer money to. Then tap the account you want to transfer funds into. Transfer Amount Select Amount and a keypad will appear. 7 8 Transfer Amount Enter the dollar amount you want to transfer and tap Done. Select Continue or Cancel. Approve or Cancel Transfer If you chose Continue in the previous step, an Approve Transfer screen will appear with transfer details. Review these details to ensure accuracy. Transfer Money 9 Transfer Complete If you Approve the transfer, a Transfer Complete screen will appear. Tap the Back to Transfers button to return to the Transfer Money screen. Pay Bills 1 2 Home Page Tap Bill Pay on the Mobile Banking Home page. Bill Pay Tabs On the Bill Pay screen, you can choose one of three tabs: Recent, Scheduled and Pay Bill. 3 4 Recent Tab Choose the Recent tab to see a listing of the last 15 bills you paid. From the list, tap any payment to see its details. Recent Payment Details Payment Details will include the date the payment was sent, the amount and its status. Pay Bills 5 6 Scheduled Tab Choose the Scheduled tab to see a listing of all bills you have scheduled to be paid on a future date. From the list, tap any payment to see its details. Scheduled Payment Details Scheduled Payment Details will include the date the payment will be sent, the amount and its status. When a payment is scheduled but has not yet been sent, the status will be pending. 7 8 Pay Bill Tab Choose the Pay Bill tab to go to the Pay Bill screen where you can set up a bill payment. Pay Bill On the Pay Bill screen, set your payee, the account to take the payment from, the date to send the payment and the amount. Note: New payees cannot be added through Mobile Banking and should be added within your Online Banking. Mobile App Guide - page 15
Pay Bills 9 10 Pay To To select a payee, tap the Pay To button. Pay To Your list of payees will appear. Choose the payee to receive the payment. 11 12 Pay From Tap Pay From for a list of accounts from which your payment can be made. Pay From Select the account from which the bill should be paid. Pay Bills 13 14 Send On Tap Send On to set the date the payment should be sent. A calendar will appear. Send On On the calendar, select the date that you want the payment to be sent. At the top of the screen, please note the number of days needed for the payment to be delivered from the date it is sent. Tap the Send On Selected Date button. 15 16 Pay Amount Tap the Amount button and a number pad will appear. Pay Amount Enter the amount of the payment and tap Done at the bottom of the screen. Pay Bills 17 18 Memo If you choose to add a memo to your payment, tap the Add Memo button and type your information (up to 34 characters). This is an optional step available for your convenience. Approve Payment or Cancel View the payment details. Then choose Approve or Cancel. 19 20 Payment Complete When you have successfully set up and approved a payment, a Payment Complete screen will provide confirmation. Tap the back to Bill Pay button to return to the Bill Pay screen. Cancel a Previously Scheduled Payment To cancel a previously scheduled payment, go back to the Bill Pay Scheduled tab. When the list of scheduled payments appears, tap the payment you want to cancel. Mobile App Guide - page 18
Pay Bills 21 22 Cancel Payment Details A Payment Details screen will appear for the selected payment. To cancel that payment, tap the Cancel Payment button at the bottom of the screen. Cancel Payment You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel the payment. To continue with canceling, tap Yes. 23 Cancel Payment Confirmation A Payment Canceled screen will provide confirmation your payment was successfully canceled. Tap OK to continue. Deposit Checks 1 2 Home Page Tap Check Deposit on the Mobile Banking Home page to use Mobile Deposit. Not all accounts or customers are eligible for Mobile Deposit. Check Deposit Tabs The Check Deposit function, available only on iphone and Android phones, enables you to deposit a check by simply taking a photo of it with your phone. On the Check Deposit screen you can choose one of three tabs: Recent, Guidelines and Deposit. Tip: First, tap Guidelines to view how to take an acceptable photo of the check s front and back. 3 4 Deposit Tab Tap the Deposit tab to get started. A Terms and Conditions disclosure page will appear. Tap Continue to agree with the Terms and Conditions. Some items are ineligible for Mobile Deposit, including money orders, traveler s checks, international checks, insurance checks, credit card cash advance checks, Savings/E Bonds or Image Replacement Documents (digital reproductions of original paper checks). Third-party checks (a check written to someone else who then endorses it to you) are also not accepted through Mobile Deposit. Check Front Take a photo of the front of your check by tapping the camera icon labeled Front. Line up the check in the camera guide on your screen. Take the photo by tapping the camera icon at the bottom of the screen. View the image preview. To accept the image, tap the button with a check mark. To re-take the photo, tap the red button at the bottom of the screen with a circular arrow on it. Mobile App Guide - page 20
Deposit Checks 5 6 Check Back Take a photo of the back of your check by tapping the camera icon labeled Back. Repeat the steps outlined for photographing the check front. Check Amount Tap the Amount button to enter the dollar amount of the check. Photos of the check are uploaded for verification. If the check front or back cannot be verified, an error will be displayed and you will need to re-take the picture. 7 8 Check Amount A number pad will appear. Enter the dollar amount of the check you are depositing and tap Done. Deposit To Select Deposit To for a listing of accounts to which you can deposit the check. Mobile App Guide - page 21
Deposit Checks 9 10 Deposit To On the list, tap the account you want the check to go into. Review Deposit Review all check deposit information before approving it. Tap Continue to proceed to the Approve Deposit screen. At this point, you can also choose to cancel the deposit or edit any of the information. 11 12 Approve Deposit On the Approve Deposit screen, tap Approve to submit the deposit. Deposit Complete Once your deposit has been submitted, a Deposit Complete screen will appear. To exit this screen, tap Back to Check Deposit. Mobile App Guide - page 22
Deposit Checks 13 14 Recent Tab If your deposit has been accepted, it will be displayed under the Recent tab on the Check Deposit screen and will show a status of Deposit Received. A check that appears under the Recent tab has not necessarily been credited to your account yet. Tap any deposit on the Recent screen to view its details. Recent Deposit Details Deposit Details will include the date, amount and status of a deposit. Keep in mind that a status of Deposit Received indicates we have received your deposit, but it does not always mean the deposit has been credited to your account. 15 16 Cancel Deposit If at any point in the deposit process you choose Cancel, you will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the deposit. View Credited Deposits To see if a Mobile Deposit has been credited to your account, select the account you are depositing to on your Account Summary screen. This will pull up the Account Activity screen. A Mobile Deposit posted to your account will show as Remote Dep Capture along with the dollar amount. If your Mobile Deposit is received and accepted by the daily cutoff time of 7pm ET/6pm CT, it will be posted to your account the same business day. Otherwise, it will post to your account the next business day that we are open. Mobile Deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Mobile Deposits received, accepted and successfully processed will be available according to our standard funds availability policy for your Mobile Banking account. Find Locations 1 2 Find Locations Tap Locations on the Mobile Banking Home page. Find Locations To find an Old National location or ATM, place a check mark in the box next to Banking Center, ATM, Insurance office or All. Then type in the street address (optional), city and state and/or a zip code. Searches must contain city and state or a zip code. Tap Search. 3 4 View Locations Results will be shown on a map and as a listing below the map. View the listing for address, phone and hours. View Driving Directions If you have entered a street address, get driving directions from that address to the Old National locations shown on the map.
